I usually never leave negative reviews but I feel I have to. I placed a small order that I needed to have done in a few days. They initially said it couldn't be completed until the following week but later assured me that it shouldn't be a problem to have it done between 12pm and 4pm (close) in a few days. They said they would email me proofs before processing order. I waited for the email and never received it. I called the day I was supposed to pick the order up and they said they never started the order because I never approved the proofs. I stated I never received the email and they insisted they sent it and to check my spam folder. Nothing. They didn't claim responsibility what so ever for this and acted like I was in the wrong. Now my order was small compared to what they normally get. Was I not prioritized because it was a $24 order? Hard to say but I made it very clear I needed this by the close of Thursday and they had me thinking it would be done. They were nice to talk and helpful but terrible on communication related to business. Either they sent the email to the wrong address or not at all. Either way it ruins the ceremony I had planned. A follow-up email or a phone call would have been nice since I obviously wanted and needed the product. I could have bought the exact same product online for exactly 50% less but decided to stay local to support businesses. Won't make that...

When I questioned it the “owner” Colton became irrate raising his voice at me and at first stating that the name wasn’t placed where I said it was so I went to the car got the book bag and showed him… and then the story changed as to why it was where it was. I had also asked about a pricing discrepancy from what I had discussed in conversation versus what i was invoiced on some hats. I did state that maybe I misunderstood the pricing… but wasn’t asking for any type of refund but wanted to make sure I told People The correct price For the hats. You will never find service like this from a large business with disconnected employee's. Amazingly enough they provide all of this while still being competitive on pricing.
