Subway — Restaurant in Florence

The location was clean, but we were the only ones in there. I stopped in with my 2 daughters last week and we won’t go back. The one ordered a meatball sub, such little sauce on the meatballs that most of the bread was white and when asked for some more he just rubbed the back of the spoon on the meatballs. Pointless. The other ordered a veggie with lettuce tomatoes and pickles. He gave her two of the ends of the tomatoes and three pickles and a pinch of lettuce. When I asked for another tomato slice he picked up another end and when asked for some more of the pickles he put one additional. His extra ranch version was one thin line. Mine I kept having to ask for more of things because he would put one at a time on there. I got annoyed with it and said forget it bag it up. Went to pay for the three subs and since mine was a 2.99 6inch on sale special, we weren’t able to get meal deals for the two girls sandwiches so we resorted to sharing a drink and chips. He said only one special or combo on any order so I asked to ring them separate and he said no since I ordered them together. I will never go back here even if I have to drive 20 minutes out of my way. Not worth it at all if you want anything on your sub besides tomato ends and three...

First and last time last time I'll visit this location. Went in to turfway location and had 2 separate transactions. Food was good, but because my daughter and I used coupons and they had a new system, there was an issue with the coupons being applied to both of our orders. The lady was super rude and complained about the coupons and the overall cost of food in comparison to what was listed on their menu. Saying it was costing her money. Her accent was very hard to understand,but raising her voice when someone doesn't understand is not good customer service. The man also said something to my daughter about 1 piece of ice being on the floor that flipped out of her cup. She didn't throw the ice on the floor. She's not an employee. It would be different if she purposely threw the ice on the floor. Ice spills happen especially with an automatic ice dispenser. Overall not a...

Haven’t been to subway since they got rid of the original sweet onion sauce. I was a several times a month and sometimes multiple times a week customer. This was the least filling, flattest, most expensive turkey footlong. The cheese was thicker than where the turkey would over lay and create layers. The whole thing had a hint of pickle flavor throughout it. I did not order, nor do I like pickles. The one thing I came back for after these years away was the bread. The bread was blander than local competitor breads, stale in taste and had a general hardness in various places. The store itself was very clean. Almost looked freshly remodeled clean. Only a couple of tables, but most people order subway to go anyways. Good chip and drink options too.
