TERRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! VERY RUDE - GOT MY LATTE WRONG WHICH OK NO BIGGIE BUT WHEN I CAME THREW AGAIN TO HAVE it FIXed .. THE CASHIER ARGUED SAYING SHE WAS POSITIVE SHE GAVE ME THE RITE DRINK ..... I SAID NOOO ITS NOT EVEN THE RITE COLOR LOL ... I GET THIS DRINK DAILY ... DOESN'T TASTE LIKE MINE NOR SHADE IS WRONG .... AND SHE STILL WAS GOING BACK N FORTH LOL AND I WANTED A NEW STRAW LOL AND SHE LITERALLY TOSSED 7 STRAWS IN MY WINDOW AND SHUT HER WINDOW FAST LOLOL.... I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN ..... ILL STICK WITH FT MITCHELL THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS ! TURFWAY FLORENCE BIGGBY DRIVE THRU...

Normally LOVE this Biggby so I’m keeping my rating still high but I did have a recent bad experience. The coffee they gave me was so frothy I could barely get it through the straw and was supposed to be “frozen” but was more like just blended to look the part. It separated very weirdly 20 minutes into it and tasted very strongly of coffee!!

I really do love this Biggby and they are SO great, I’m sure it was just someone new and it’s a risk you take at any coffee shop. I really probably should’ve caught it but was in a rush, but I feel so should’ve the baristas… won’t stop me from going but was...

Received your response to my review. I am usually at least a 20% tipper. You stated I can bypass tip amount at drive-thru. How can I bypass your HUGE sign, saying "TIPS APPRECIATED" on your building??? Feel really bad for employees but feel it's inappropriate to request tip when I just drive through to get a coffee. If it's THAT bad, pay your employees more. Please don't try to make customers feel obligated. All I feel is obligated not...
