We visited the Florence location on 12/26/23. We were looking for a specific kind of lingerie as well as wanting to browse the rest of your merchandise. Apon entering g the store there were two ladies at the door. It looked like one was helping the other with inventory or something of the like. We were welcomed nicely. We inquired about the clothing we were looking for. The lady was helpful, although we did not find what we were looking for. So after we finished with the clothing a gentleman started to follow us around rather oddly. He woukd stay close to us as we then were feeling uncomfortably stalked. When my wife would look up he flashed a creepy smile at her. It made her feel rather uncomfortable and somewhat violated. I'm not sure what the purpose of him creepily staying close was. I don't know if it was watching for loss prevention or if he had another agenda. I don't want to throw out accusations.
We had just left a rather large competitor of yours in downtown Cincinnati, as they did not have what we were looking for, we googled and flound your place and decided to stop. The competitor made us feel at ease and left us be to browse. When we had a question they were at the register, easy to find for assistance.
The difference in customer service was night and day.
Needless to say that we will not be visiting your store again. The hassle of crossing the river and going downtown completely out ways having to deal with an uncomfortable and violating experience.

Read moreI went in with my girlfriend today looking for some items. The employees made us feel comfortable , I genuinely had a great time and was intrigued looking at everything. We finally made up our minds and settled on a few items. The experience was great until check out. They asked if they could turn on our battery powered selections to ensure that they worked which was completely fine. I figured that they would hold it by the handle, press the button, show me that it turned on, then place it back into the box. This is not how it went. Instead, they handled them, touched pretty much every part of it imaginable, and decided that it was a good idea to show me the power of the vibration by touching it to the flexi-glass dividers that were put up due to covid. I kid you not. They did this with TWO vibrators. It’s like they were playing around with them, laughing, and touching it to things COVERED in germs. They were put there to protect others from coughs, sneezes, spit (while not even wearing masks)… and she touched our pretty expensive toys RIGHT onto it so we could hear the power of the vibration like I wasn’t going to find out later. Of course, I always clean toys out of the package regardless, but this made me extremely uncomfortable. I left the store very upset and confused. Read moreI will never shop at any Dusty’s ever again and I encourage everyone else to save your money. I read online that I was able to return lingerie as long as it still had tags and was returned within 30 days. I bought a slip dress from here and took it home and the bra cups were just off so I took it to the store and they wouldn’t accept the return. I definitely can understand why they don’t accept some returns, but what I bought was just a dress. Apparently their in store policy is different from their online purchase policy. It’s not explained that way on the website and the only way I know that is because of the multiple back and forth emails I’ve sent. They said I wasn’t able to return the dress but in the same email told me to bring it to return to them and they would offer in store credit? Makes absolutely no sense to me. I denied the store credit. I never want to shop at any of their stores again. I’m not returning the item if I’m getting nothing in return.
