I visited this location on March 30th, 2022 for my partners birthday. It was just me, him and our 5 month old. We waited at the counter for a while, finally a young girl with an airpod in both of her ears walks from the back. I asked if we could be a on the other side from people because there were kids running around, peoples belongings everywhere, people drinking, etc. I was told there was a league going on so she needed the other lanes empty, totally understand! I thought maybe because we were polite and expressed our concern, she would atleast put us 1 lane away from other people but nope. She puts us right in the middle of everyone leaving us with nowhere to sit. Mind you, there are over 23 lanes available and the bowling league wasn’t going to occupy all of them. She refused to change our spot so we could set our baby somewhere safe so we just got a refund and left. We went to Super Bowl in Bellevue and had a...
Read moreI have never been so disappointed in a birthday party for my brother. We arrive at 1 for the birthday party we also have to handicap relatives needing ramp excess. We have to go in to ask where the ramp is, when we go all the way to the side door the door is locked. We then have to come back in to get them to unlock the door. We are concise red late for our party. So many technical issues the lanes stopped working gave wrong numbers we were the ones to blame. The customer service is rude and gave us attitude when asking to fix the issue. We are on a timed birthday party in which after every player we have to stop and reset it taking away from our party. When asked to give more time he said he would credit is 15 mins but would have to move us to other lanes. Asked for a partial refund bc of the inconvinence and was told because we were late we don't get one. This place is a joke. I've never been so...

Original post:
No bumper bars, only beat up ramps for the kids to roll the ball down the lane, so gutter balls are still frequent. The lane kept breaking and then the scoreboard would freeze and need to be reset. They apologized and moved us to another lane, but the scoreboard kept freezing on that one, too. In short, after an hour, we hadn't even bowled half a game. I asked for out money back, but the girl just said her manager wasn't there, so she couldn't give any refunds. We left....
