Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florence

Worst experience ever. Dined in, waiter seated us and took our drink and food order. Once he delivered the drinks, he NEVER came back to the table. Pizza came and I asked for salt, pepper and red pepper. Received red pepper. Then again I requested salt and pepper. That cook(I guess) sent a female to the table to tell me they did not have salt and pepper in the restaurant. I asked, so you are telling me that no where in this whole restaurant has no condiments. Her answer was NO, they didn't. My husband done all the refills for our drinks, so when he went to pay our bill, he asked the same female employee that has the restaurant became self serve. Her reply, No, it's not self serve but our waiter was taking his break. OMG!!! This guy was over at a corner table talking to some female on the phone with the speaker up load enough that the whole restaurant could hear his conversation. This facility will NEVER have our business again ( which they probably don't care considering their lack of CUSTOMER...

Horrible customer service ! I placed an order thru the call center , the guy who took my order messed up 2 of the 3 pizzas I ordered, not only that he asked me what store would I like to pick up at I told him the one closer to my house on second loop rd . I went to pick up my order and they said they don’t have a order for me , ok no big deal I go pick it across town and the order was wrong !!!!! As I’m calling customer service I’m on the phone for a hour and never receive a answer ! The girl I spoke with at the counter was rude as I’m telling her my order was wrong all she kept saying was it was the call centers fault not hers ! She only offers to remake the pizzas that were wrong so my wings and my other pizza were cold! I ask for my money back by then! She had to call the GM Finally got my money back and went to the one I originally was trying to go told the manager in second loop what happened she gave me my whole order for free! While on an international call, my friend asked about Pizza Hut pizza. I asked the young lady taking the order if it was acceptable to continue my video call, and Ms Stephanie agreed it would be okay. She also assured me it would be the most photogenic Pizza she could make. 🤭

My friend and I later agreed that yes, it was. This review is not about a photogenic Pizza.

It is about the difference ONE employee can make. Ms Stephanie's professionalism, and kindness, (And Pizza) impressed not only me, but my virtual guest as well who made it a point to mention. Honestly, anyone can make a pretty good pizza, it's very difficult to mess up. Not everyone can do customer service in the kind and professional manner that Ms Stephanie did, and for that reason alone - I will return often. Yes, the pizza was pretty and it was also...
