Kirkland's Home — Local services in Florence

I called and spoke with a male associate on the phone this evening concerning a return. Verified store was open and the return policy. Loaded my large return into my vehicle and drove 20 minutes across town to make the return. Got to the store -- other customers there trying to enter-- store doors locked at 7:03pm. Online hours say open until 9:00pm and door states the closing time is 9:00pm. I called the store back and associate laughed and said " the store is closed , I thought you knew, I remember talking to you 😆 I'm sorry"
