Zales — Local services in Florence

I am very unhappy with my experience with Zales of Florence, SC. The lady there (I don't know her name but she was older with tattoos on her hand) was very rude and unapologetic. The 14K wedding band ring I bought was down-sized from a 7 to a 5.5 and for some reason when I got it back the 14K stamp was gone. It was just an unmarked ring. When I confronted her about it and asked why it was like that, she got a rude attitude with me. She did not offer to help me or to fix the issue so I just asked to return both my ring and my fiance's. It's concerning that their jewelers would cut out the one thing that proves it's actually gold. And even if they were forced to because of the down-size then why not re-stamp it but anyway good luck to them now if they try to sell a non-stamped "gold" ring. My fiancé and children went here and picked me out a ring out of their engagement collection. It was sized and came back in two weeks. The sales associate assured him there was a band to match up to the ring. We went the next week to purchase the band to go with it. The sales associate broke down and said she was sorry she assumed there was one. Low and behold there was NOT. She could see our disappointment and said we could exchange the ring because of this. No we do not want to exchange the ring that our children and my fiancé picked out. So we are screwed with a ring that will never be a set. They did not offer to see if they could order something...

The staff is great except for one employee. Idk if its the manager or not but he was extremely rude to me when i tried purchasing my wedding bands, rushed the whole process, put in the wrong email address so when i told him that he submitted the wrong email he told me that it wouldnt change anything. BUT he failed to tell me that all my statements and bills for that specific ring were only sent to email which resulted in me “missing” a payment which docked my credit score and all he had to say was “oh my bad” EXTREMELY rude and greedy.
