REEDS Jewelers — Local services in Florence

I absolutely LOVE Reeds and in fact that’s the only place that I will purchase jewelry. The customer service is amazing every single time I go in there. They ensure that I get the best of everything each time I go. My husband goes in there to purchase my wishlist and all of the employees remember right off the top of their heads exactly what I picked out. Their jewelry is top of the line. I’ve raved long enough but before I finish up this review I want to mention their lifetime warranty on not only their jewelry but jewelry that I purchased from another place before I knew about Reeds. We bought their protection plan for my other jewelry from another store that didn’t offer a warranty at all. I promise if you visit the Florence Reeds location you will not regret it at all. I tell all my friends and family to purchase from here. This will remain the only jewelry store that I shop at. I buy my childrens jewelry from here too. That should tell you something because children do not take care of their jewelry...

The only reason why ,shop at Reeds is because of the Alex & Ani collection that i love , so much .I don't know what was going on yesterday upon arrival ,there were 3 young ladies working the one that was helping the gentlemen with his card issue, was the only one that acknowledged me as i entered,even though she was helping a customer i proceeded over to the Alex & Ani counter just browsing thinking ,one of the other girls would come over and assist me but, they never did they continued to talk among themselves as the other lady was still helping the young man with his issue , i browsed a bit longer but no one ever asked if i needed help .I have never came into Reeds without purchasing a bracelet from the collection, i wanted to inquire about one in the case but i was tired of waiting so i just left the store disappointed . Other visits were always pleasant .I will try again another day maybe it will be...

I came into the Reeds Jewelry Store at the Magnolia Mall in Florence SC, looking to resize a ring. The Google maps got me lost, so I called them. They were very helpful with directions, once I got there, I was greeted right away. And less then 3 min later this pretty Lady walks up to me and says how can I help you.

I showed her the ring and said, Hi, I want to resize this ring. Not to go into many details, because I could write a book. But my experience was the bomb, very friendly staff, Savanah, Siqnet, and Jillian (pardon me if I miss spelled any names) were working behind the counter serving other Customers. And DeeDee the manager came up to me to offered help, we had soo much fun and laughter. I was impressed with the relaxed atmosphere, even though I didn't get what I came in for, but I learned a lot and ended up selling the ring to the store.
