Iām giving this a one star because of the experience I had at checkout. Iāve always loved coming in this place for the epic finds. Today I came over 25mi in the pouring rain because there is one booth I knew that I would find what I was looking for. Got my items, went to checkout and I felt that the lady cashier made up an excuse not to check me out! She asked the guy who had his back turned to check me out and she proceeds to get on her phone. Didnāt greet or say excuse me or nothing! It took the guy a minute to turn around and start ringing me up! No greet or anything! I voiced my concerns to him and all I got was a deer in headlights look! Iāve never experienced this at this place and needless to say, I will never experience this again. I donāt like going into a place where I feel Iām not wanted. I may not have a lot of money, but Iāll spend it where itās...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMuch like many of the other reviews, this mall was large and had a variety of items both old and new (some antiques, some not-so-antiquey).Yes, they close promptly at the listed closing time and begin closing up shop about 15 minutes ātil. If youāre looking for hardcore antiques, this mall may not be specific enough for you, but if you like a variety of previously owned treasures, seasonal goodies, homemade honey, chalk painted furniture, outdoor furniture and ornamentals, youāll enjoy it. Overall, it was fun looking at the variety of items and I covered my visit in just about an hour including checkout of a few wonderful items I found. Iām glad we stopped in, Iād stop in again if we pass through this area in the future. BTW, ample RV parking!!
Please give this review the THUMBS UP if it helped you find out more about this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe spent about 2 hours here, walking down the isles and exploring all of the wonderful items, many of which reminded us of years past (we're both in our mid sixties). I collect dinnerware and I found the old style steakhoyse plates that have the removable stainless steel inserts...you place them in the oven to heat, place them back into the plate holder and serve your steak and potatoes on the heated plate. I'll include a picture. These plates were in every steakhouse in the 70's and 80's, then started to fade out in the 90's. I was thrilled to find a set of 4 for just $15 for the set! We're eating steak more often now just to use these because we love them so much and they bring back memories. My daughter just bought a new house and she filled her buggy with decor like baskets, art work and garden statues. it's so much fun to...
