SEPHORA at Kohl's — Local services in Florence

Horrible store! Shelves are empty, staff are rude, and no one to help you or even ask if you need anything. I was just here, and the two girls behind the register were more interested in gossiping and fixing their makeup than they were in helping a guest (me) find the skincare and foundation I was looking for let alone make any recommendations. It is no wonder the shelves are empty because people are probably pocketing the merchandise, to include the testers, because it is an easy target. Shame on Sephora for allowing a store to be run in this fashion. I will order my things online rather than visit this...

The older women with the blonde hair that was working when I walked into sephora today about an hour ago was very rude. I stood at the cash register for about 5 minutes and then went looking for help. I found her and didn’t see a name tag or anything, so I asked if she worked there. She rolled her eyes and sarcastically said yeah, so I asked for some help at the register. She follows behind me and as I’m walking in front of her, my dad, who is standing at the register waiting, saw her look at me very nasty as we made our way back to the register. Hate I forgot her name, but a young blonde women helped me in store. I know she had a outdoor wedding recently and is an esthetician. She was so nice, helpful, and color matched me. I’ve never been helped anywhere else like she did. I’ll for sure be back for more products and help from her! And hopefully update review...
