Terrible service.... Yesterday I ordered my Large Italian sub with extra meat...and I tried to pay my sub and I told the employement that I said I want to do half of my bill and half of my gift card balance leftover and she messed it up and she got to get the manager... And the manager don't know what she doing too and I told her specifically I said I want to do half and half payment and she tried to explain that I spent but the manager doesn't make anything sense at all..... Then I'm not very happy and got stressed out and been waited for my Large Italian sub so long for like between 12-13 minutes will is almost 14 minutes ago they're at least four or five more customers are waited for their orders too and they're not happy....then I told them I want extra side of dill pickle and I only I see one side of dill pickle and I went back inside and I let him know that I charged for extra side of dill pickle....So yesterday is my last day to come to Firehouse Subs so I will never come back ever again, I rather come back to Subway and Jersey Mike's Subs for now on... and they're better too and no problems at all ... But Firehouse Subs is a horrible service and please y'all don't go there anymore!!!! Stay away!!!! The worst employees and the worst managers ever!! CANNOT NOT GET THEIR...
   Read moreI placed an online order so I wouldn't have to wait in store. Upon arrival, 3 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready, I got in line. There were 4 people ahead of me. None of the four employees working seemed to acknowledge our existence. After approximately 15 minutes, the first customer in line was told it would be a 20-25 minute wait if she ordered. Needless to say, considering this is a sandwich shop, no one wanted to wait so every person ahead of me left. Once I got to the register, I told the employee that I had already placed an online order, I was also told it would be an additional 20-25 minute wait. Since I had already paid for it, and at this point, had over 20 minutes invested waiting, not to mention the 20 minutes prior from the time I ordered, I waited. Imagine my surprise when I get home with the food and both sandwiches were made incorrectly! There was no way I was going back there at this point and considering I heard the phone ringing the entire time I was there and no one answered, probably messed up orders as well, I saw no sense in even attempting to reach them via phone. I love Firehouse Subs but going to the one in Florence is completely pointless unless you plan on dissecting every sandwich you order prior...
   Read moreI went into this location with my entire family and spent about $60 today. The crew members that worked today 3pm made the customer service experience very frustrating today and here is why. The two crew member that was on the line fixing our order messed up our order 4 times and had to remake it each time as the order on the receipt was correct but the crew members just couldnât right and when asking for the manager Christian he came off argumentative and very nonchalant to the fact his crew members was messing our orders repeatedly and was just all around rude and unprofessional, he even laughed and acted nonchalantly towards the mistakes his crew members kept making. He shrugged his shoulders and basically told us to get over it and we than asked where his manager was that was over here which in fact was in the back as she ignored and neglected the fact that her staff and manager was having confrontation with a customer. She remained in the back of the store slicing the rest of the produce while she â minded her businessâ which was her attitude. To whomever responsible for this location please consider teaching your staff members about customer service in the work place as itâs very important while handling patrons hard earned...
