Walgreens — Local services in Florham Park

I work in in healthcare and take pride in what I do. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever come across. The pharmacist is incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. She thinks she can overrule your providers medication orders and dictate when your medications are dispensed or not. I went through the trouble of having to call my doctors office to have them call the pharmacy to tell them they could dispense my medication even though the doctor had already called it in and certainly approved his call in. Nothing but a complete waste of time and inconvenience every time I go here.

The operations manager John takes zero pride in his job, is rude, unprofessional, and offers no resolution to help resolve any issues. When you tell him that you will never come back he laughs at you and says no problem. These individuals should be ashamed to work in this field and should just find another profession. They have zero understanding of what patient care or experience is. Very sad.. I will also be letting corporate know of these issues to help future patients not have to go through...

Pharm technicians are solid, they earned the stars, but the pharmacist only wants to fill prescriptions and earn, which is not the role. After 2 visits and hours wasted, I knew the overall location was a dud. The pharmacist had me waiting with 2 small children almost an hour, just to to tell me my medications were out of stock - this was hours after i had delivered the prescriptions and was told they'd be ready in 20 minutes. She offered no assistance/alternatives or any advice/options. Going back and forth respectfully about the situation, she broke into a frantic frustration, so I ended the conversation. I was able to fill at a walgreens location near this one by the end of the evening...on my own, dealing with frustrated pharmacists over the phone to find availability. This used to be the best pharmacy. There is only one person there for few years or more he is awesome. Very helpful, friendly, go out of his way to try to help (John). There is a women new there she is a pharmacist , not sure if there are still others there, whenever I call I get this new person. lazy will not go out of her way to help. Corporate should take care of this problem. Would not call your Dr to get new instructions. Tells me to do it, I did but they didn’t give the proper message. She is the professional that could have handle this quickly. I don’t need to get an attitude from her every time I call or go to pharmacy. Plainly clear she has 0 customer care. Best of all after she picks up the phone. Puts me on hold for 5 min or more without any...
