We not only had three over asking offers the day after listing, but we had an agent, Mave Hiegel, whom went over and above during one of the most critical pandemics publicized in my lifetime....from homemade masks, to depleting her footie stock for safety as potential buyers viewed the property, to homemade sanitizer when even Amazon was out of stock, expediting a VA loan to close in THREE WEEKS!!! to leaving appraisers and buyers all the things needed for a successful sale and easy transaction. We actually met the buyers and to our knowledge they loved how well the sale went. Can’t say enough kind things about Mave whom made us feel like we were the only clients in the world! A big shout out to Edwena Potter who just handled our home sale in Stonehill Farms. Fastest process we've EVER encountered. A total of 8 weeks start to finish! From our first meeting with her in January.... to a contract in 10 days after going on market then to close 13 days later with proceeds in the bank same day. Wes Marth completely dropped the ball getting our application in for a rental home. He ignored texts and phone calls all night (I have proof). When I found out the house we wanted was no longer taking applications I texted him and said we were dropping him as an agent. At the point he decided he was going to not take any responsibility and actually blame me for not getting the application in. We had a few questions that needed answers from him before we were able to turn it in but like I said he ignored us. So we lost this house because he didn't do his job.
