Crumbl — Restaurant in Flower Mound

UPDATE!!!! Never again at the FM location. Customer service not so great. I gave them another chance after my last review. Why I keep ordering from the Flower Mound Crumbl is beyond me. I walked up to the online pickup and not one out of the 10 employees acknowledged I was standing there. Stood there while people ordered from menu and were served before me. After about 2 mins I said “Hello”……. No response. They just looked at me. Do I have a sign on my forehead that says Don’t Serve Me??

Unfortunately yet another business that I will be saying goodbye to forever. What has happened to customer service these days. Nobody’s perfect. Is it possible that someone at Crumbl cookie made a batch that was not cooked all the way…? Absolutely! And I got three of those cookies, and I spent $15 on them. I have spent hundreds of dollars at Crumbl cookies across DFW but I’m done. I do not like being treated like I am a liar or trying to get free stuff. I never asked for any free cookies I simply just let them know that I had received cookies that were raw in the middle. So disappointing. No apology….nothing. On to my next cookie venture. I got...

Coconut cake: 10/10 I freaking love this cookie. The frosting is so fluffy. I also love that the base is chewy, it balances the frosting out really well. Definitely not too coconutty, but just enough. Sea salt toffee: 11/10 This cookie is heaven. I was hesitant about the milk chocolate chips, but I taste more of the toffee than anything, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Macadamia Nut: 8/10 A classic cookie, pretty well executed. I wish mine was a little softer. Sugar (Shark): 8/10 I will say that I am a pink sugar cookie fan, so I was bummed to find out this was vanilla. But I love that it is served cold and it has good flavor. Also, super cute for summer. Pineapple Upside Down Cake: 5/10 I don’t even like pineapple upside down cake lol, but I had to get this to try. I wish the pineapple upside down cake had more glaze on it! But the base is good, definitely more cakey than cookie.

I’d like to start off by saying that I absolutely love Crumbl! And look forward to getting their cookies in store weekly. However, today, I had a couple cookies ordered to my house because I could not leave. My order was projected to arrive at 6:29 PM. At about 6:40 and again at 6:50 I checked my order status and it still said “arriving at 6:29.” I called the store and the shift lead said “oh she has them let me call her real quick.” He then takes me off hold and said “yeah she’s on her way.” I then explained that this order was supposed to arrive 30 minutes ago and he said “yeahhh sorry bout that.” To which I responded “ok thanks.” I’m very disappointed in how the situation was handled and how at 7:06, my cookies are still not here and the order has not been updated
