Flawless Boutique — Local services in Flowood

I actually love this store but the employees need to take customer service 101. I have never had a great experience in this store unless the owner was in and she is so sweet. A lady and I walked in and no one spoke the entire time we were in. i started my own dressing room and wasn’t sure which one to go to because there were clothes in them already. They didn’t ask if I needed help. they actually looked angry behind the counter like something was wrong and there attention from whatever they were looking at never cut. i literally walked passed the counter and by the jewelry and no one said anything. this is not even the first time. any time i come in no one leaves behind the counter to help. my mother nor friends have had great customer service but have bought items. i would love to continue to support the business but the treatment of being nonexistent my entire shopping experience...

Flawless Boutique has really cute stuff, but is not very clear on their exchange policy. I bought about $200 worth of clothes at Mistletoe Marketplace. Of all that,1 item did not fit. I do not live in Jackson so it was about 3 weeks before I could get back to exchange my item. Let me be very clear however... it was LESS THAN 30 DAYS. I was told by the sales girl when I went back that they have a 14 day policy and I could not even exchange my item. That is a shame because I saw several other things and probably would have spent more money.... very...

I placed an order with this company on April 17th and yet to receive my merchandise. The customer service is far worst than awful. It is so hard to support small businesses due to this fact. I will never use this business again and I warn you spending your money with them.
