Crumbl — Restaurant in Flowood

Finally!! Crumbl Cookies is opening in Flowood, MS, they're officially open this Friday 8.12.22. I got a sneak peek today 😍 This is going to be a love and hate relationship, now that they're only a few minutes away from us (especially the man). We're about to eat all of our weight and pocketbook in these cookies!

They offer 6 different kinds of cookie and ice cream each week, and are on rotation every Sunday. Cookies are ALWAYS fresh out of the oven, and within minutes into your box. I don't eat a lot of sweets, so I find literally everything remotely sweet to be too decadent (he's the total opposite), but I LOVE their more simple cookies (I know I'm boring) sugar, snickerdoodle, and chocolate chips are my favorites here! Their cookies are huge, about 5", soft, warm, ooey gooey, aren't too dense, and thick! Texture was almost like a cross of cookie and a brownie to us.

They open until 10pm weekdays and 12am on weekend's, so this'll be our late night stop. Don't be intimidated by the lines, they will be pumping cookies out like it was Charlie and the Cookie factory. I highly recommend ordering from the kiosk, either way, it will be a quick wait. Update: 3 star rating because the food was okay and the manager was nice. But the rest if the staff today, btwn 1:30-2:00pm, get an absolute 1 star rating for completely ignoring me even though I was standing there before everyone else except one lady ordering in the store. They tended to the other customers who were behind me first without even speaking one word or looking my way. Wth. I was patient and quietly standing there in the pickup spot. Never had any issues here before. Not one person said a thing. The girl that finally talked to me was like, "push the you're here" button... umm no. No ma'am, that is for people who are driving for Doordash. I'm picking up a personal order. She started laughing and walked off, ignoring me again. When I was trying to figure out what was going on with my order that was well overdue. Her communication is trash. I talked to the manager who gave me the order finally. He was nice and apologized. I get that this place gets busy, but it wasn't busy enough for the entire place to ignore me.

I love getting a box of these every Monday 😍 my husband and I are on a diet, so we get the mini box each week and split one each day....

While the cookies taste great I had the worst customer service. I purchased the 4 pack and asked the cashier if I could get one cookie separate because I was giving it to someone else. He goes back to the back and ask someone something, returns and he says ok. The girl brings out the cookies and I say I requested one to be separate. She says oh you have to pay for it. I said well that’s fine he didn’t tell me that but ok. I give the guy my money. here is my $0.25 for a box for my $15 cookies! Like really charging for boxes and they are that expensive. I wait for him to give it to me and during this time the customer behind me gets her order and states I requested my cookies to be separated 3 and 3. She said I put it in the notes and wasn’t told anything but I will pay as well…. Still hadn’t received my box so I’m like he are you going to give me my box? He almost wanted to get a little attitude because I’m asking for the box I originally requested, paid for and waiting on. I’ve been here several times but I think I won’t be back. I’ll stick to...
