Today I witnessed the most unprofessional behavior from a manager I have ever encountered. I walked into the store and was there for about 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me. During that ten minutes I listened to the female manager bark orders to the 7ish employees. She was very disrespectful, rude and demeaning to them all. I remember thinking to myself "OMG I could never work with, let alone for anyone that speaks to thier subordinates/employees that way". Everyone of the employees was dressed well except the manager that looked like she just rolled out of bed (way to lead by example)! When I was finally greeted by the manager she did so with her back turned to me. In fact I had to ask if she was addressing me because of how odd the interaction was. She then turned to me and asked what I wanted..... maybe the approach should have been " How can I help you?" just a thought. Any way she then without skipping a beat said all of her employees were in trouble and started to verbally bash them to me. I did stop her mid sentence and stated I dont think that this is appropriate. I don't know a whole lot but I do know this is a horrible way to do business. I can't imagine a lawsuit does not eventually happen and I would recommend the company rethinks it's employment relationship with the current female manager. As I sat down to write this review I peaked at the most recent reviews and noticed that she has been named on a few occasions recently, all bad reviews. Any way that's my rant, and I hope for the companies, but most importantly the employees sake that they get ride of the toxic liability that calls herself the manager at the Folsom location. All the other employees were very nice and this review only applies to...

My father owns his own business and walked in wearing jeans and t-shirt and believes due to his attire he was treated poorly. Customer service completely lacking. He came in to pick up his pants after being hemmed. They were not hemmed and the store manager along with an attendant LIED about calling my Dad. He showed them his phone records explaining he never got a call and they persisted they called him. Then they proceeded to tell him he did not purchase the pants in store......he only spent $1,100 the last time he was in that store. He explained he only purchases from this store because of his body build. They said no. Then they told him that was irrelevant because his pants needed to be dry cleaned so they could not do it (the rep in Houston says they will dry clean for you). He specifically told them that he brought the pants in early to be hemmed and then we was going to have them dry cleaned. They said no, he did not tell them that. He repeatedly asked for some form of customer service and was so disrespected by them YELLING at him asking him not to talk to them that way. When he asked for their names to report to Customer Service, the manager refused to provide the name of the girl who met with my Dad when he dropped off the pants.
On the positive side, you can reach the Customer Service in Houston, Texas they are awesome. Thank you Ariane for taking care of my Dad. My father's words to me: this is a great company with...
Read moreThis place is run by a group of teenagers that know about as much as a quick google search about suits, fittings, and customer service. I went in here to get a few shirts and a couple pairs of pants and felt like I was walking into a Ross. New clothes being unpacked everywhere, boxes all over the floor, and used unfolded shirts and pants on every table. There were about five different customers scattered around the store and three employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Right in front of me two of them said “this is too much, this is crazy”. I ended up leaving after waiting for ten minutes without being helped. Note that this was my second time going here and this review applies to both times.
Couple of suggestions: consider stocking your shelves after hours, or throughout but more frequently and in less amounts. Also consider a change of staff. Someone over the age of 20 might give the store a little integrity and that person might being a little more knowledge pertaining to suits. It is literally your only product. Why not hire someone that knows about it? Lastly I would suggest a little more training in customer service. There was a real lack of professionalism in a store that should radiate it. The job roles also seem to be very unorganized and because of that it seems that none of the employees are quite sure who they should help, what task they...
