This store and its employees deserve good business, because they do good business. On Dec. 4'th, I ordered an item online to be shipped to FL, but I accidentally ordered the incorrect size. So next morning, I call and whichever young woman answered was extremely nice and helpful (to managers: this was 12/5, 10am PST). We had our daughter’s 9th birthday here doing their bracelet making class. Oh my goodness, we couldn’t have had it any better. Karyss was amazing! She stayed with our party the whole time, helping the girls every time they needed her. She was so patient and kind to all of the girls.
