Are you hungry imagining quality food, exemplary service, all within a very trendy, laid back comfortable environment?
If you answered âYes!â This Amazing restaurant is for YOU!
There is an old saying ~ You get what you pay for. This rings true in all areas of life. Especially, when it comes to enjoying quality food.
While at Barnes and Noble kitchen the standard is definitely Quality food which is prepared to order. From the delivery of pure deliciousness, beautiful presentation, and a more than reasonable portion size ~ this is one phenomenal restaurant I highly suggest.
Also, I believe the price of the food is definitely relative to current prices.
If anything, these prices are more reasonable for the cost of Quality food vs. Quantity. Which here, I received both Quality food and a very nice size portion.
Whether you are a returning local, or a tourist, this restaurant truly delivers a unique dining experience.
My server, Brooke was very kind and knowledgeable helping me figure out what I would like to eat! Good service is important, and she made my visit worth remembering!
Plus, you are surrounded by adventures on the shelf! From books, magazines, etc. This one spot hidden gem is a guaranteed treat!
I look forward to returning to NorCal one day, and this restaurant will definitely be on my list! Shared with...
Read moreToday I dined here for lunch with my toddler, 7 month old and few other family members that also had children. The entire experience was unfortunate from the start; the workers continuously kept giving glares to the table due to my toddler being a toddler. The kitchen is inside the Barnes & noble bookstore which entails a children's section. The restaurant provides children menu. So I was very alarmed by the confusion of seeing a table with children present. After we paid (and left very generous tips) I stood up with my 7 month and the manager came up and asked me to move due to being "in the way." Mind you the restaurant was 80% empty. As we left the manager also made a remark about my child "messing up the walls." I do not condone my child misbehaving in public nor doing outrageous behaviors and make sure to correct behaviors as needed but I was so alarmed by the comments. As we walked out, another worked followed behind to reiterate what the manager stated and continued to say things to us, there were others dining outside so I found it very unprofessional and I felt borderline harassed. I am with my family and there are children present, it was uncomfortable and out of line. I will never...
Read moreI recently visited for a weekday brunch with my husband, and this was my second time at the restaurant. Our server, Brandy, was pleasant, though she seemed a bit behind on our orders. We shared a few dishes, including French toast with coffee and a strawberry salad, and each ordered an entree. We couldnât finish everything, but the food was good overall. However, there was one aspect of our experience that was disappointing. Brandy made several comments directed at me, the female spouse, that I found inappropriate. While most of our food was shared, she found it âhumorousâ to insinuate that I had too much food. After we boxed up our leftovers, she pointedly looked at me and asked if she should âhide the evidenceâ by taking away the plates. Her comments were not only unnecessary but also shameful. Such "humor" does not belong in a restaurant setting, and it left a negative impression on an otherwise pleasant meal. I hope the staff will be more mindful of how they address their guests...
