Kohl's — Local services in Fontana

I never knew their clothing line was so horrible I bought my daughter 3 pair of pants and a skirt from here for the holidays needless to say I've had to take each and every pair back including the skirt she put on the pants and it was a big rip on the side didn't notice it when I bought it the skirt is one of the long flowing skirt look like someone drugged it up underneath the shopping cart or something and tore the whole bottom of the skirt up the pants were just made horribly I ended up taking the other two pair trying to see if I could go back over them and so on but I just noticed how terrible they were sewn together so I took him back I got her a gift card I told her to buy herself whatever else she wanted from there I believe she bought a hat perfume something like that she went elsewhere I do have a Kohl's credit card I will use it for miscellaneous small items other than enclosed I'll never...

I went to kohls to make a payment on my credit card and there were only two cashiers and two customers at each cashier. I was the first person in the front of the line and i was waiting for over 20 minutes in line while the cashiers talked and laughed with their customers? There are several people in line by this point and the cashiers are still talking and taking their sweet time as if my time isn't important . I am irritated by this point and I ask my cashier whose name is Jede why she is taking her sweet time and not acknowledging any of her customers who have been waiting for over 20 minutes ? She apologizes and says that it's the managements fault ! Where is the customer service for all customers ???? As a cashier you should have some urgency as people want to get in and get out as quick...

It has been a long time since I shopped at Kohl’s. They were under renovation for quite some time. During this visit, after a tiresome few days at Disneyland we made a quick stop to do some shopping for backpacks. I just wanted to purchase a few backpacks before my kids first day of school. We ended up purchasing way more than we expected. My son and I were greeted by Shannon and she was too kind, informative and we had a fun chat during checkout. The wait time wasn’t as long, the check out seemed much more organized then previous times and I was too happy when she informed me of some changes such as I could pay my Kohl’s bill in such a convenient way—right at a check out counter!
