The ice cream is amazing so earning the first star is easy. But this location rarely has enough staff, will take forever, and shows very little concern for customers. I've tried ordering online and returning. They 1 staff was late with the order and I waited for people to receive their order first before he even decided to make mine. I've tried tipping big to build a good relationship but they dont seem to care. This is the worst location I've visited. Even the cleanliness is sub-par and they don't even make the restroom accessible to clients. Its an ice cream shop..at least act happy..i spend over $25 each time we go...and i just rather not!! Last night the lady who helped us...was shitie! i couldn't even fully ask my question before being cute off with a "were done." When tho she had just brought out cakes...was even rude with that..couldn't say excuse me as she goes through the lobby.Your not allowed to enter your # so i didn't receive my points once again..who knows what a person can or cant understand with the mask on and all...yet! He said I had to physically have the coupon on me and it had to show the Fontana location. Even though I showed him my e-mail that Cold Stone had sent me saying “visit ANY location and input your phone number on the touchscreen at checkout”. He was very rude while I was trying to talk to him. He would walk in and out of the conversation. He also had selective hearing. Never will I visit this location not while he works or manages this location. I will spread the word as well. I hope a complaint to corporate...
