Five Guys — Restaurant in Fontana

This reveiw would have been 1 star if it wasnt for the customer service from the employee at the register who took my order. Great kid, good customer service.

Ok 5 guy: 1.prices are outrageous 2.only well done practically burned everything. (Got a bacon cheddar burger with a well done patty as per you only cooking style limitation. Burn bacon that was insanly crispy and charred.diced onions that were not grilled.all the cheese was pressed out of the burger apon wrapping it in foil and shoving it to the bottom of my bag topped with fries that wer not mesured out for a medium fry order just tossed in. Over seasoned fries cajun was entirly coating fries so much i had to dust them off and cover up with sause. Apon eatting the fries which you guest it were burnt because someone doesnt filter there fryers properly. 3.as a customer eating in there were no trays only napkins and paper bags. Tables were not wiped down and grease from previous customers still on table. 20$ for a 1/4 pound patty with one slice of cheese and bacon bits, 1 vanilla milkshake small, medium fry that was more like a large pile of burnt ashe. Definitely not...

Trust me the food tastes a LOT better at the Five guys on Sierra Avenue. I made the mistake and ordered a Cheeseburger & fries for work from this place and the fries were literally drenched and covered in salt it wasn’t even edible. The cheeseburger had no flavor to it either I was highly disappointed because I usually look forward to their burgers. I called the manager up there and before she even said hello she was complaining about an elderly customer that had hit her head up there while I was on the phone. As I proceeded to tell her about the quality of the food she just told me they don’t season their meat at all and didn’t seem to care about the fries being salty. As a matter of fact she didn’t seem to care at all. When I told her that’s okay I will try another location she said ok thank you and hung up. I threw all of it in the trash. Waste of money, Sierra Avenue location is a lot better...

I walked in the door, famished and tired from a long day on the road. All I wanted was a simple burger... but I got so much more. Although a strange request, I told them I wanted a little hamburger, and an Oreo shake after I finished my food, so it wouldn't melt while I was eating. The food came quickly- they say you can't rush perfection, but my little burger would beg to differ. The crisp bun, the patty cooked to steamy perfection, the toppings exactly as I had requested. At the moment I swallowed my last bite of this delectable meal, they called my number again- my shake was ready. Perfect timing. Satisfying. Hearty. Absolutely amazing. Thank...
