Brought my own color-balloons and paid $35 for a count of 12, bought an in-store "number" balloon and paid $15. They were already getting deflated the same evening. The following day the helium was gone. Called store and they offered to come back to check the "number" balloon or to put more helium. As for the rest of the 12 latex balloons they only guarantee them to last 8hours. I used to go to the Rialto location where I never had any issues. I had to drive quite a distance to get to this location (since almost all other Party City locations are closing). I wouldn't recommend this location. Had I known there is something going with their helium I would've looked for a different place...
Read moreReasoning as to why this location is absolutely terrible is because an employee by the name Natalie assisted us in inflating our balloons to then realizing on one of them, which was the biggest one that we had selected, had a hole that was intentional, but covered up with tape so we would not find out. This behavior is outrageous and should not be taken lightly. In addition to her behavior, along with her colleagues, the reaction from all was just a grin on their faces and silence... I purchased a tower for my mom's milestone birthday, and they gave it to me all flimsy with under inflated balloons. When I brought it to their attention, they blamed it on the cold weather and assured me that they would re-inflate in a warm room or with warmer weather.
Unfortunately, they didn't really re-inflate anywhere close to the showroom towers they have on the floor, and I kept having to adjust the tower, because it was constantly leaning during the party. Pretty disappointing.
