Target is one of my favorite stores, but not this one. While service has changed with all the recent things it’s very frustrating seeing all sorts of employees doing nothing but chatting with one another. That gets even more frustrating when you’re sitting in long checkout lines with one or two registers open. They always close the self check out registers early too. I heard a customer ask why once and the cashier said it was because people would go with lots of items. Uh, so what? They’re probably doing because they have to wait so long in the other lines which closing the self check out makes it worse, not better. Really hope this is the usual misinformed employee spouting out knowledge they know nothing about. Also good luck getting someone on the phone. It took me days (not joking) to get a question answered between nobody answering and those who did pick up put me on hold to check only for me to get disconnected. Good thing there are several other locations...

I gave it three stars not because of the business but due to the piss poor design of the parking lot that seems as if the engineer that designed it has a sick sense of humor and enjoys people colliding into each other. the main roads that drive through the complex are not well marked and it's hard to decipher where you can turn and where you can't turn people speeding through the parking lot make it deadly to try to pull out from your parking aisle. Cars turning into businesses block oncoming traffic. The parking lot is like a labyrinth where you just hit a dead-end curbs that don't give you access to the main road today I was so disgusted at how long it took me just to go grab a couple things at the store I'm seriously considering driving further to other businesses just so I don't have to deal with that parking lot.
