They over charged my card by $45 and when I came back for a refund they refused to give me my money back I had to argue with two managers and they still would not give me a refund. They just said corporate would called me and never did. Itā€™s so funny because when I first came in she was like oh you were the one from yesterday no I wasnā€™t so obviously they overcharge somebody else also. I ended up having to just dispute it with my bank and do a lot of paperwork. Customer service there is horrible and very rude nobody wants to help you. They said they couldnā€™t even see my transaction in the computer and that I used cash that day which I didnā€™t because itā€™s clearly on my bank statement. Do not trust your card at this store I ended up having to cancel my card just to be safe. Itā€™s not...

They don't deserve the one star but would not let me choose 0 my pizzas were old and overcooked but the wierd thing is they were not hot at all hard crust dried up sauce stiff cheese and a soggy bottom, and please understand these were not supposed to be hot and ready pizzas I ordered them online and should have been made fresh. I have picked up hot and ready pizzas at the Rancho Cucamonga drive 20 miles home and that pizza was still perfect, I'm only 3.5 miles away from this store and the pizzas we not edible. Worst of all they asked me to take a server and in that server they said they would like to contact me about this poor experience..... haven't heard from anyone. Not good...

I go there for the most amazing pizza that Little Caesars has to offer BUT SADLY IS NO LONGER ADVERTISED! THIS THE MOST AMAZING PIZZA PERIOD ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A PEPPERONI FREAK LIKE ME! šŸ˜‚ Although no longer advertised and not on the menu, You can still order it and they will make it for you! It cost $14, The Fanceroni Pizza, Now known on their secret menu as The Old World Pizza!
