These people are thieves they stole gold from my baby’s bracelet, do not trust them with your jewelry. I decided to trust them with my baby's bracelet that had my first name and the initial of my last name in raised (3D) gold letters. I requested to update the first name to his while keeping the last name initial exactly as it was. I chose the engraving option knowing that I would be losing gold but made it VERY clear that the last name initial should remain untouched in its original 3D form in order to preserve as much gold as possible. I was assured this was possible. When I came to pick up the bracelet, I was extremely disappointed. The bracelet had completely lost its original curvature and quality. It was reduced to a thin, flat plaque that feels as though it could snap easily. To make matters worse not only did they take off all the 3d gold from the first name (which i knew they would have to in order to engrave it) but they got greedy and took it upon themselves to remove the last letter as well (the one detail I had clearly asked them to preserve.) When I questioned the employee, I was told, "It wouldn't have looked good." But that wasn't their decision to make especially without consulting me or letting me know upfront (I could’ve kept it as is or taken it elsewhere). The bracelet would've looked fine with the last 3d initial had they not touched it but their sloppy work is what makes it “not look good”. If there were any issues or limitations, a simple phone call or text message would have been the professional and respectful approach. They only “fixed it” after i complained but did a sloppy, rushed job. After getting home I am now realizing THEY STOLE TWO GOLD LINKS OFF THE BRACELET. For anyone seeking honest, transparent, and respectful craftsmanship, I unfortunately cannot recommend...

I would not recommend this place. Do not trust this place with your jewelry they stole gold from my Baby’s bracelet. Lost a valuable piece from my Wife’s childhood.

My wife and I took our baby son’s bracelet here. Originally it had my wife’s name on it with 3D lettering. It was a nice thick bracelet. We asked to remove the 3D lettering to engrave my son’s name on it but to keep the last letter on that bracelet 3D.

3 days go by. Went to go pick up the bracelet and noticed it was very thin and flat! No curvature whatsoever. like a plaque. (almost as if I could just snap the thing) and also the lettering that my wife specifically asked not to remove (last 3D letter) was removed and engraved, they didn’t ask us for this to be done, they just took this upon their own decision? Not only that, it left us confused on why the bracelet was so thin. They removed so much of Our Gold off the bracelet which made it thinner. I honestly believed they were going to mold my Gold back onto the bracelet.

We then asked to mold back the 3D letter for us. Because it’s not what we’ve asked for. A week goes by with no update and we sent a message to ask if it’s ready and to our surprise it was. We arrived to pick up the bracelet and let’s just say it’s very disappointing. The 3D letter looks so rushed and not even the same font as we had before on it. And do I say a lot smaller and thinner too from the previous 3D letter. They didn’t even buffed the damn thing. It’s so hazy and scratched and it doesn’t even shine like gold no.

now that I’m home, I’ve noticed it’s missing...

Worst experience. Placed order for a bracelet and vendor never informed me it was for kids. When called to go try it on they tell me so i show up & see it doesnt fit. The same seller then shows me more styles to trade for, but was not satisfied. Ask for my money back as I am not pleased and get told manu times I cant because a contract was signed. As a person whos also a sales associate, the customer comes first. And if I wasnt pleased I shouldnt have been forced to take the money I had put down for the bracelet for store credit....
