If I could rate this experience with zero stars, I certainly would. The disrespect and poor customer service I received made me feel unwelcome in this store. Unfortunately, this wasn’t my first negative encounter at this location. I initially thought that the employee might just be having a bad day, so I decided to give it another chance. I regret that decision! It seems that this dismissive attitude is part of the culture here. I've shopped at other locations and have never faced such treatment. Very nice clothes BUT the sales associates (3) are not friendly or welcoming at all (UNDERSTATEMENT!!!) . Treated me like I wasn’t good enough to shop in this store. I love Chico's! As some of the reviews have mentioned - yes, I have encountered a couple of snooty sales associates through the years. However, Vicki makes up for all of the other negative ones.
