Giant Eagle Supermarket — Local services in Braddock Hills

I have shopped here for the past 27+ years and I may have to find a new store. They have the best Pharmacy staff around as well as the deli so I will still go there for those two departments. The past three times in a row I have been there(different days and times) they had only two cashiers open and there were 7 to 8 people in each line. I use the self checkout if I only have a few items or the large checkout with the conveyor belt if I have a big order. That lane was closed as well so you have to wait in line for however long it takes. There were two employees in the outer office and one filling the lottery machines but they didn't lift a finger to help. They finally called for help over the pa system after customers loudly complained! I have asked to speak to the manager the past 2 times I have been there but she is never available. Used to the mega Giant Eagle in Monroeville where I used to live market district everything you could possibly imagine this is a very skilled down rundown Giant Eagle. It's okay to go in and get your standards milk cheese the deli clothes must are close early cuz every time I'm in there around dinner time the deli's closed. It's a grocery store shouldn't the deli be open as long as the store? I'm used to a nice bread selection that Giant Eagle puts out with buns and fresh bread that sliced or you can get it sliced different varieties at Tuscany wheat Italian this place is very limited there's like one little shelf and if you get there late you don't get the good stuff but like I said I'm 5 minutes away it's close it's okay to run in but if I'm going for a big order I go to the bigger one MegaMart or I go to the nice shop and save. There really are too many to list. They are my pharmacy. I get the best prices on my scrips because they are a preferred pharmacy for Highmark and Medicare as well as that they are Giant Eagle. If I need a call to the Dr. to renew an expired scrip, they just go ahead and do it. Giant Eagle has the largest produce selection and eat a lot of produce. Not only do they have a huge selection of brands, they also carry their own in almost everything. Then there are the perks. And the gift cards. And the new check yourself out system. Oh yes, you can get expert make up tips or even a full make up job if you make an appointment. I did for a class reunion. I looked a bit younger and had one skin tone not the usual 3 or 4.
