Hobby Lobby — Local services in Forsyth

This has to me one of my favorite stores. I love to craft and have a lot of different hobbies I like to do, so what better place to go than to hobby lobby. They have anything and everything you can think of for any type of project you're working on. I even talked my boyfriend into going into the store with me, which was his first time ever going in with me because be normally sits out in the car waiting on me, or just going into another store while waiting on me. But got him to go in this time, and I swear, I think he spent more money there than I did. So they do have something for everyone at hobby lobby. Their prices look like they're kinda high, but most of the time they have 50% off of like everything in the store, so by the time you check out, you're not paying as much as you think you would be. Went to Hobby Lobby to get Paul new flowers to put on his grave today. Went back to framing and asked the guy to cut the stems for me- he says oh we dont do that! I said I've been having you do it for several years now. He said let me call a manager- same response. So I asked to speak to the manager, I explained to him I buy my flowers here all the time but I dont have the strength to cut the stems to fit the vase! The manager says well sorry that's just Not a service we offer!!! I left my flowers came home and called their corporate office, the lady Did apologize and agreed yes there are times they can do things they dont normally do...but she Never asked for "my" information to make it right!!! So very disappointed in them- they are supposed to be soooooo family oriented yet when a widow comes in and asks them to cut the stems to place at her husbands grave.....that's not a service...

Had an awesome time wandering through the store. The store is clean and staff are friendly always available to help if needed. Got a few things I was there for plus inspiration for some home projects. The only problem was the lines at registers were long... really long. I waited in line for over 15 minutes and still had other customers ahead of me. I ended up having to leave to pick up a child who was getting out of school and wasn't able to purchase my items. Probably wouldn't have mentioned except for there were 2 employees standing about talking to each other for about 10 minutes while lines were stacking up before 1 of them decided to get on register and start doing her job.
