Ordered from here for the first and last time on 3/27/2025 at 5pm. I placed my order online and picked it up. It consisted of two Philly Cheesesteaks, fries, drinks and cheesebread. As soon as I opened the wrapper to one of the sandwiches it smelled absolutely disgusting. I almost gagged. It smelled like rotten meat. I immediately called the store and asked if I needed to bring the sandwiches back before I contacted whatever online customer service to get a refund. I was told that I didn't need to bring them back. The shift leader on the phone was very sweet and apologetic. I immediately threw the entire bag of food away. All of it. Completely lost my appetite. When I started looking for a customer service contact to refund my online order I found that it didn't exist. There is an email contact for general inquiries but no online way to correct online orders. I had to call back and speak to a local store manager which I did a few days later. They were supposed to call me back but they didn't and I had to call again the next day. They assured me they had refunded the order and I asked if there would be an email confirmation. The woman manager told me no. I hang up and let it be. I was then called back a few hours later from a very professional sounding male owner who wanted to confirm that the issue had been resolved. It was only then that I did infact receive an email confirmation that a refund was given. The refund took a full 4 days after this to go back to our card and it was only for the two sandwiches. Read moreI was in town for a COLLEGE volleyball trip and ordered a $300 order for my team. I placed the order at 3:51pm and ordered a pick up for 7:20pm, PLUS I called the location and left a voice mail stating that we would be later than 7:20pm because play always runs late (7:20pm was just the latest time I could choose, and the location didn't close till 10pm). I arrived to pick up around 9pm. When I arrived the lights were off, the open sign was on, the doors were locked and there were about 8-10 people standing around (not all in uniforms), "sweeping" the floors. I went up to the door pulled hard and knocked several times stating I had an order for pick up. I know the people inside could hear me and they continued to ignore me and smirk/laugh at me. They were also ignoring a DoorDash driver trying to pick up an order. I continued to get my team back in the van and find a place at 9:30PM to find a place to eat when most things close at 10pm on a Friday night! Read morei would just like to say that i am deeply disappointed in the meal that i consumed earlier today. firstly, i opened up my little Meal Box to see a Large Cookie Bag. i chose to save said cookie for the end of my meal, as i wanted a pleasant surprise after i consumed my Oddly Shaped Sandwich. i consumed the sandwich, which i guess was alright. the bread was Goofy. i did, however, enjoy the bag of lays potato chips that was enclosed within my meal box. but alas, after these two items were consumed, it was then time to open the prized Cookie Package. i flipped open the flap on the decently large cookie bag, and much to my disbelief, the cookie was no larger than approximately two inches in diameter. i was extremely disappointed in this cookie, as i was expecting a pleasant surprise and a Large Cookie. but as it turns out, Cookie’s Bag was at least five times the size of Cookie contained in Bag. thankfully this meal was not payed for by me; it was provided by my lovely boss. however, if i were the purchaser of this meal, i would be even more disappointed as i did not get my...
