Target — Local services in Fort Collins

This Target is the worst. I tried a pick-up order. Total mix-up with a charge to an account for something I did not pick up due to the confusion that ensued because a blanket I tried to purchase was labelled by two different companies. This disconnection between the apps, which have changed about 20 times over the last decade (Remember Cartwheel and Pinwheel and every app in between? With never a savings from any of them, by the way), and the variety of Target-brand labels used to identify the very same item, make the store very challenging to navigate. I tried to get ahold of someone on the phone to straighten out the issue during normal business hours. Not one department/area answered their phones over the course of a half hour and multiple phone calls to three different departments. I have also had problems with the CVS there. I had to drive back there in order to talk to a manager who gave me a song-and-dance about being so busy. Seriously? There seemed to be more employees than customers in the place... Our usual Target was out of stock for an item so rather than doing two drive ups, I placed my entire order with the Old Town Fort Collins store. What a mistake!!!!!! I ordered two jar of Hellman's mayo, fulfillment was lazy and scanned the Hellman's jar twice and gave me one Hellman's and one Best. I know they are the same mayo but I grew up with Hellman's and if I wanted Best, I could have gone to Walmart and paid less money. And then I was charged for using a bag which I did not, I had the items handed to me and put them in my own reusable bag. It used to be the Target on Troutman was the worst but Old Town seems to have topped them. Never again!!!! I'm sticking with Council Tree and if they're out of stock, I'll just wait until that item comes in. This is specifically a 5 star review for the barista inside Starbucks!! Lania! She is easily the best barista. You can tell she isn't just making drinks, she seems to be a real person with just genuine creativity and the drinks are the canvas. I don't come in every day but at this point I want to!! This isn't even the closest Starbucks to me. However I really love the consistency of my very complicated drink being made perfect or better. If she ever leaves I will have to make my own drink 🤢 😭

You can definitely tell she puts a flair on everything! The conversation is always uplifting and I can definitely tell my drink is just made better. I know it. You can tell when someone actually gives a fork about their job.
