The gentleman Paul had helped me with an order that my SO placed, when I paid for the items, it was different then the price my SO was told. Since I was still there @ the store I told him never mind I'll get it later or some where else. Paul's attitude really changed to almost mean, I mean you could see it in his face & his body language, I apologized to him as it was not my fault, but you could have swore that I made him go back & forth with 15 million things I asked for, it was juat 2 little boxes nothing more. Now Zach was a peach real nice guy. I did mention that Mr. Paul need to check his attitude, I understand that some people can be a pain, but he could have been having a bad day buy you still don't take it out on your customers. I've been In the service industry & you have to smile...

The assistant manager Matthew is awesome. He helped me get what I needed and even gave me pointers on how to do it right. Came back to show him the finished result after swapping all the bearings, rotors, hubs, and calipers. Will come back for all future needs. I just wish they were a little bit more competitive with rockauto but on the same hand I understand why. Different business models.
