QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Fort Gratiot Charter Township

i just want to start by saying i tried to give it another try. our first experience was absolutely horrible. i wanted so bad to like it. and this time was barely any better. first the app needs to be fixed. it doesn't allow u to add extra anything besides meat. do like dominos and have it so it charges if that's what is needed. 2nd the food once again was dry. i didn't get anything i asked for in the box and there was no sour cream on ANY of them once again. its not like they were busy either aside from me there was 2 other people there. my fiancé refused to finish his after just a few bites. I'm very disappointed. chipotle is out favorite restaurant and we heard you guys were just like them but i have yet to see that. sure the foods the same in a way but that's about it. i mean even my burrito was completely split along the side and when i opened it everything was coming out. at any chipotle I've ever been to they would just double wrap it. I have always loved qdoba for the food and atmosphere. Today was not even close to normal. We went in for our normal and walked in to a store that every table was dirty and the trash was over flowing. The dinner rush hadn’t even started so it had to had been from lunch. I thought I could look past that but it got worse. When we ordered they were about half prepared. Most of the salsas were missing and she wouldn’t check with the back. They didn’t have any pinto beans and her response was we must be out. 2 minutes later they brought out a whole container of pinto beans. The counters were disgusting where they were making our food. I don’t know what happened but things are not right and according to qdoba standards. You better fix quickly. Oh yeah, we couldn’t eat in because of dirty but it was unbearably hot. I come here all the time and my food is always amazing. There’s never been a problem with my food but my service from this one lady that specifically works there. She always has an attitude and she’s rude about when I get stuff up charged. I know it’s an up charge because I come in here all the time I’m aware of the up charge. She has an attitude doing it and making it, but I wouldn’t have to get extra chicken or extra steak if she would just put the right amount in the bowl rather than cheating me and then talking about oh well it’s an up charge. No, it shouldn’t be an enough charge. She’s a manager. She’s always the black, her hair is always pinned back she is like indian ( im not sure). But she needs to fix her attitude everyone else there is completely fine she always has a damn problem with an upcharge and has an attitude when she has to work.
