Amber, Re, Jace, and the team there know the products! They educate the customer or assist with complete confidence in Wild Bill's products. Vape Mr. Vapor, many brands of tobacco, supplies for smokers to vapers, even 420 smokers. Wild Bill’s is packed with abundance of products A to Z! Let's not forget the cigar smoker. The person can come in and enjoy great conversations with the employees, a friend, or enjoy a cigar by themselves in a comfortable atmosphere and seating. The store is clean and well organized! The restroom is clean if you're a buying customer. Overall, I like this place because it's a Smoke shop that appreciates the customer, where as the other stores don't compare. I must give 5 out 5 being a truck driver. They have a loyalty program, events, and best hands down, products, and genuine friendly and professional...

This place has some wonderful associates. I've always enjoyed my time shopping here, which seems odd, as its just a part of my routine, and I'm only in there to buy coils and juice. Nevertheless, the staff enjoys their time and goes out of their way to make your experience fun, and help you with any questions. I wish I could name all of the employees that make driving past the other smoke shop, to the complete other end of town worth it, however the only employee whose name I know is Nelson. He is always kind and funny, and goes out of his way to help guests with any questions or issues they have. Overall, great customer service. Thanks for making what could easily be a mundane, regular stop, be fun, and something I can look forward to. You guys...

This place was more customer service oriented but my recent visit made me wait for the cashier to finish his cell phone activity before ringing me up. I used to come in and immediately was greeted to asked if I needed help finding anything. This time I had to ask if I could imput my phone number to use points or gain a discount...is this just a particular party or are staff not being trained on the points and what all that entaild? The cell phone issue is purely rude...doesn't your staff get breaks and/or lunch to use their cell phones for their personal business? I'll be taking my business elsewhere if this is the service experience here because smoke shops are a dime a dozen...I can easily shop somewhere else...there's a smoke shop right...
