Fort Lauderdale Airport Shuttle — Local services in Fort Lauderdale

We used them 3 times in the last week for our family of 8 for our vacation! Saturday Sept 20th picked us up at Fort Lauderdale Airport, received driver, his cell phone night before we arrived via Southwest. Once we landed texted & Daniel driver immediately texted back. To get luggage, our next steps to get picked up curbside dropped off at our Hilton hotel. Next morning Daniel was as assigned as our driver again to pick all 8 of us Hilton Fort Lauderdale take us to Carnival Horizon port in Miami. He arrived early, grabbed all of us arrived early to the port. Dropped all of us and our luggage curbside, we had faster to run. Zipped right in through security to find out my daughter, left her purse in Daniel van 4th row. It had been 20 minutes, I called right away, he pulled over found it and texted back immediately he was returning to the port. I only had to wait 15 minutes, he pulled up on taxi row, rolled window down and handed it off, as I slipped him nice tip for coming all the way back. I kept thanking him for his generosity and integrity! We got on the ship and then later returned next Saturday Sept 27th, into Miami our time was setup 930. We arrived off the ship early. Our driver and cell phone number was texted we immediately after customs texted we only had to wait max of 10 minutes. He was early too! It was a lot of stress relieved when he said he was close! I would recommend them over and over again. The very first was the professionalism once you book. They immediately call confirm all reservations and times. Then email you all confirmations. Secondly, professionally appearance of both drivers Daniel x 2 times and Rolando. Both in suites, vans smelled and very clean on all 3 times. They handled all the suitcases all 3 times! Then the outstanding work by Daniel to bring my daughter purse back to the Port of Miami through all the traffic on Sunday Sept 21st. He was god send! Thank you again for being so thoughtful and helping us ease our minds! When we return to Miami again to cruise we will DEFINITELY be booking all of our shuttles again! I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Fort Lauderdale Airport Shuttle team, I must say that I am truly grateful for the flawless service offered to me and my family. The company is so awesome. The pressure was released immediately. The very first time I spoke with Andrianne, she was sweet and friendly, and very polite. She guided me, on what to expect, payment process, information concerning the airport, when we arrive ect. She even took our airline flights information, just to make sure, that the drive gets a hold of me or one of my family members. I appreciate her so much. She's cares, and try to make sure your trip and experience is smooth. I was concerned, when I first booked through fort Lauderdale, since, flights through Miami was scarce and very pricey, I was also curious about what if we don't get to Miami on time from Fort Lauderdale airport. All my worries was put to ease. The icing on the cake, was when we arrived, this beautiful, cleaned metzidi Benz, black limonsone in color arrived, with cool air, after we have come out of the air and hit Florida 🔥 air, taking off our coats and jackets, that was priceless to get in that limo. I am not afraid to travel through Florida anymore, when it comes to getting on the a ship from there, because I now know that I can rely on Fort Lauderdale Airport shuttle from now on. We got a ride from Ft. Lauderdale airport to the cruise port. I had heard some rumors about Uber being difficult and risky so even though it was a significant difference in cost, I really wanted peace of mind to not miss my cruise.

Peace of mind was delivered! The night before we got a phone call from our driver, Daniel, confirming where to pick up etc.

We took a wrong turn and ended up in a different place. I called to tell him where we were. He described where to meet that would be easier for us to get to, and he drove to meet us there instead. Then when we got there I couldn't see him. He sent a text saying he was there but then also called to walk me through where he was.

He could see me and I could not see him. He kept talking to me until we met. He was so helpful, very patient, excellent directions. Our conversation during the drive was wonderful and engaging. Then Daniel gave helpful instructions on where to go and what to do after he dropped us off so I would not get lost there.

Our travel buddy arranged for us all a ride back after the cruise with a different company. I really wish we had gotten a ride from Daniel both times. In the future if we travel with that friend again, I will not allow them to arrange for our rides.

We will be booking with Airport Shuttle every time...
