Yesi...girl you rock! I went in to purchase 8 cases of water. My son is diabetic and runs through water ( reason for buying so many). After struggling to put all 8 cases in the cart I was disgusted and ready to leave them after the thought of having to take them back out, put them into the truck, and take them back out and into the house. When I got to the register I asked Yesi if someone could help me. She answered in the sweetest voice and said "I'll help you with them". I said "no" (feeling terrible for even asking....and somewhat ashamed) have one of the men to do it. I assured her that asking for a guy to help didn't mean that I didn't think she couldn't do..it was just a lot. Mind you, Yesi is a little petite cutie. After agreeing we went outside and after almost loosing the cart (it was so heavy going down the ramp that it kinda took off) lol. Ladies and gentlemen, Yesi took them waters and slung them like it wasn't nobody's business baby. She had over half of them out of the cart and in the truck in no time. I mean she was moving. I've never had a complaint when visiting this store but Yesi made this visit a little more special. Thanks for helping an old lady...

I only shop for bulk items here when I am making a large quantity of something for an event or special occasion. In particular, I like being able to buy a case of shelled hard boiled eggs when making a large batch of egg salad or deviled eggs for my post service, church social hour. It saves a lot of time. It's the same with adding eggs to my potato salad; it's one less thing to cook, plus shelling the amount of eggs I would use, in these situations, is time consuming since typically I add a dozen eggs to each two pounds of potato salad.

Beyond that, they have just about everything I need there, table coverings, serving platters etc., plus I can get in and out pretty quickly. They carry all the basics, so I can completely understand why professional chefs would use them. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the restaurants I have been to utilize a lot of what they sell. I never realized how much you can get that's pre-cooked. If I ever have a MAJOR private party, I will make sure that I keep...

1st off keep in mind everything in this place is sold in bulk. That doesn't always mean that everything is less expensive than other food stores. No plastic bags, but they give u free boxes to pack your purchases. With that said...I've been here dozens of times and the customer service is consistently professional and kind. I typically buy food handling and cleaning gloves in boxes of 100, large tomato puree restaurant size 6.5lb cans, large bags of prewashed lettuce or spinach. In the frozen section they have all different meals all made and ready 2 bake. Perfect to keep costs down if your having friends over.
