I DEMAND RICK CREWS OWNER OF ICRYO 2428 N FEDERAL HWY FT LAUDERDALE FL TO REFUND ME IN CASH FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED TO ME FOR OCTOBER 16 BY 5PM THURSDAY OCTOBER 19 OR I WILL FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE BROWARD BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU --NOW FOR THE REASON!!!!---When i went in at 5:30pm yesterday October 16 i was Not greeted with a hello or we will be right with you from employees Nick Or Christine--They only had 1 customer in the chamber and one customer getting compression so they were Not busy--So i advised them i was there for my 5:30pm Local and i asked who was going to provide the Service i had paid for--Christine said in an Ugly way "I don't Know"--So i asked Nick and he replied "I can't do that Sir"--Neither Nick or Christine made Eye contact with me which was EXTREMELY INSULTING! and they gave me no reason why they could NOT provide me the service i had paid for!!--Both Nick and Christine should be fired immediately for insubordination!!!!! These children should realize that if it was Not for people Like Me they would Not have a Job!!--I have been a customer since they practically opened--The first owner Phil was an absolute Jewel--Since the new owner Rick Crews has taken over the place is really going downhill--Rick can't hold onto a Manager--they start and they Quit--Rick does have some wonderful employees who have told me they are constantly saddened/depressed by the toxic atmosphere Rick has created--He has lost several good employees--I previously owned a Business for 27 years and worked side by side with my employees and we all shared a strong work ethic in my Food and Beverage business. Our first experience at Icyro Fort Lauderdale was disappointing. From the moment we approached the front desk, we felt like an inconvenience to the staff—particularly Daisy during check-in and information gathering, and later, a blonde-haired team member. My son and daughter overheard them discussing how they needed to "drink their celery juice so they could go to happy hour," which was unprofessional and unnecessary, especially as we arrived promptly at 3:30 PM for our scheduled service.

The services themselves lacked attention to detail. My son’s hip compression session was cut short, and there was no acknowledgment when our sessions ended, no assistance with removing the cuffs, and no explanation of the treatments’ benefits or instructions. Additionally, we were not given a tour of the facility, which was indicated in our day pass (including three options). The main reason for our visit—spot cryo—was unavailable due to a broken machine. When we tried to clarify our options, we were told they were fully booked for the remainder of the day, despite being the only customers present. By 4:45 PM, the staff was shutting blinds, signaling their eagerness to leave, even though the posted closing time was 5 PM.

This was far from the experience I had hoped to provide for my young adult children. While Alana and Christina were kind, the overall atmosphere felt rushed and unprofessional.
