Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

Honestly came there for a good quick light snack & left absolutely appalled. Service and food not up to standard.. Drove up at 9:59 pm.applogizing profusely for the last minutes drive through. Ordered a FREE REWARD Chicken Nuggets a Side Powergreen Salad and Waffle Fries. Asked if a kids meal I definitely said "NO thank you ITS AN ADULT SIZED & REWARD COUPON," politely. We were starved and exhausted. Needed a quick light snack. When paying she scanned my reward coupon and we left only to find out they CHARGED us for the kids meal which was three Teeny Tiny bits of chicken and didn't give us the reward The side of Power Greens was barely two teaspoons as well! .Drove all the way back only to find the most rude & sassy staff who ignored mocked and made fun of us!. No no appology, no customary politeness. Mgr on duty wouldn't respond! and they ignored & mocked us while we stood there hungry, ripped off & angry!. As well, at least 7 hungry homeless men camped out in front with blankets! What? Ate the three ittty bitty bites and instantly had stomach cramps. Waffle Fries tasted like OLD GREASE Told them it was inedible and I felt sick & tired... they laughed at us and said to comeback or call them in the morning! NO WAY REALLY? We were ripped off and given bad food...then insulted. Phone numbers from Google and receipt called next day are for a voicemail system! After 3 attempts stated Mgr hung up upn on me! Fourth call got through to a decent Mgr. While waiting that night we watched as staff pour themselves sodas ignoring us as if we were zombies...

Transparent, & heartless after just being served.as paying customers plus food tasted disgusting.. Left angry and sickened plus really embarrassed. Shamed to be a patron...YUK Not the Chik Fila I know and used to love. .Finally resolved issue with Mgr Steve, huge apparently there us a huge ongoing problem with Paroled releases from County Jail there. Parolees aparently restricted to the block for 21 days! City needs to address this. I suggested they relocate the store & train their staff to be genuinely courteous. Needless to say I have been sick with be what feels like food poisoning all day. I don't think I would want Chik Fila ever again...nb.24 hours later..i have serious endless food poisoning...just great what a mistake to go there! The gift that keeps...

*VERY POOR SERVICE !!!! SAVE YOUR SELF THE HASSLE AND GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!!! * None of the workers even know what company they working for . They all look lost. Especially the cashier rude self. I don't know how this location here has a 4.3 star review with the way that they are treating customers. The owner of this location is a racist and loves to discriminate on black people. I have on recording him telling my husband that he thought that my husband was doing fraud because the way my husband was dressed.??? Make it make since please!!!! You cannot discriminate somebody out here by the way that they are dressed. That's how Trayvon Martin was killed for nothing. Discrimination is real out here just because my husband was dressed with a hoodie this man thought that he had the authority to come question my husband about fraud. A grown 30 year old man that works for Broward County. Sometimes when you work for a company and you're going on break workers tend to ask you to get them something to eat also so they give you their card. Just cuz of that this man decided to disrespect my husband a man that's highly respected and appreciated by everybody. "is he doing fraud. ?" If he felt that way he should have called the police. You are not the police , you are not the bank. You just have a little Chick-fil-A store that's it that don't make you bigger than anybody else. And the sad thing is this is not the first time my husband went to that Chick-fil-A..... He goes all the time to get our coworkers food. For about 4 years now this man been going to this location. It's very sad that he had to receive this treatment today....

Of all the Chic-fil-A restaurants ive ever been to this really is the worst and lowest of them all, even the ones at the mall are better. It's always genuinely been the worst tasting, whoever supplies this location with the chicken must be the worst supplier that gets the factory failed food. I've been here since they opened it and even since then the chicken always tasted the worst of any location. You can taste the strong MSG in the garbage chicken and the lines are too long they block the right traffic lane up to the light. Once I got there at 8:30 for a mobile order, for the first time, there's only 1-2 cars leaving the drive-thru and only 1 person picking up. I wait in the parking spot for a while for my order knowing it will finally be quick and a breeze. After about 5 minutes, people park in the pick-up and the drivethru cars start ordering, way after I paid for a simple 1 sandwich meal. However, every minute passed and all the cars that came late to the drive-thru or parked later got there orders 2-drinks etc before mine. I'm waiting here for 20+ minutes wasting literally 1/8th of my gasoline, and finally the lying app says team is ready...but that was 9 minutes ago. I'm used to waiting 3-5 minutes always after that lying message to say its ready before I actually get my food. I got here and paid way before nearly 9 cars that came long after my order got there's. Not to mention my drink was literally watered down after getting it. Avoid this place at all costs.
