Pretty in Pink Princess spa — Local services in Fort Lauderdale

Please do not host ur party here! I have it one start because I had to, to leave a review. Not worth the money. I could have done a better job myself. I will start from the beginning. From the moment I got there, it was very disorganized. I had to help decorate with the decorations I bought. After the owner reeling me just bring them and they will be up in 5 min. After 15 min of being there, the owner left and left 4 super young girls in charge to direct the party. They supposably gave us the floral arrangement thrown in with the party. It was supposed to be an art party. I gave her a music playlist that my daughter likes and within 15 min it went off. No one that worked there knew how to get the music back on, so one of my guest fixed it after 30 min. The first project was the floral decoration. There were a few flowers layed out for each kid with a vase. During the first hour the kids from my party were running back and forth playsing with a balloon I bought there because the “fairies” were not engaging with them but talking to each other. I had to ask one of the fairies to start the floral project with them. So their idea of that was, to gather the kids and have them sit and down and do the arrangement themselves. When I asked one of the “fairies” if they could help the kids, one sat by one kid and helped while the other fairies talked and hovered by the food I bought. Anyway after that that played a few games with them and then I asked them to do the next project, which was supposed to be a lol on canvas but instead it was a happy face on canvas. Hence the party was a lol theme. Again they sat the kids down and asked them to paint their canvas with no one to help or direct any of the kids. My guest eneded up helping and myself with all the canvas. The fairies were pretty much standing around while I directed the party. When I complained to the owner this morning since my party was yesterday. I told her about her fairies. Also, sent her a pic of one of her fairies that looked like she was less then happy. She came back with I was not allowed to photograph them because they were underaged.after I explained they gave consent to photograph as I showed her another pic that the same fairy was smiling in. And as seen all over her gallery on fb. Her fairies are a part of the party and are expected to be photographed. I told her no wonder they didn’t know what they were doing because she left a place of business with minors to do an adult job. She then said I was. Being aggressive and she was going to pass on my number to the mom that didn’t want her daughter photographed. I said pass on my number. I am happy to speak with her mom. Needless to say for $719.09 for a 2.5 hour party that I did and directed myself was a waste of money. I also told her I would be writing a review. Funny how there are two positive reviews on there today. She must have gotten them put on to oust mine. Lol. Never never use this place. It is a waste of...

my daughter was standing outside of Pretty In Pink Princess Spa @pip_spa for her 5th Birthday Party that was booked with a paid deposit on 6/30/19. We showed up to locked doors and no workers ! I called the owner multiple time w/ no answer! When she finally answered she told me the party is scheduled for next week! Mind you I sent her a text with the date and sat down with her in person to go over the details! I had to redirect all of my guest who was waiting outside of this establishment to another location that did not allow outside food ..so the food and cake went to waste! My daughter dressed up in her unicorn dress to go jump on a trampoline! 😡 My daughter has been looking forward to her 5th bday all year and it was completely ruined! 😩 thankfully I was refunded my deposit doubled due to the inconvenience but that doesn’t make up for the look on my daughters face when I had to tell her she wasn’t having a spa party nor for the embarrassment I had to face when telling the other 8 moms that no one is going to come open the spa for this party I sent out invitations for two weeks ago! #disappointment #letdown #partyruined #spa...
