I recently ordered from Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine through their website for delivery. I found that ordering directly from them was much more affordable compared to using UberEATS or DoorDash, which was a pleasant surprise. The order was spot-on, which is a rarity these days when it comes to to-go orders. Here’s a rundown of what I ordered: Bistec de Palomilla: 3 out of 5 The steak was average. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t leave a lasting impression either. Ham Croquetas: 4 out of 5 These were a hit! Crispy and filled with flavor, they definitely stood out among the items I ordered. Chicken and Beef Empanadas: 3 out of 5 The empanadas were decent. The filling was good, but the overall flavor could have been more exciting. Lechon Asado – Roast Pork: 4 out of 5 The roast pork was flavorful and tender, a solid choice that I would recommend. Pan Con Bistec Steak Sandwich: 2 out of 5 This was the most disappointing item. The meat was so tough that it was nearly impossible to eat, and the toppings were minimal and lacked flavor. The French fries that accompanied it were just okay. By far the worst Pan Con Bistec Sandwich I’ve ever had. For the sauces, I tried several 8 oz options: Chimichurri: 4 out of 5 A solid choice with great flavor. It paired well with the meats. Garlic Sauce: 4 out of 5 Another good option, with a strong, satisfying garlic flavor. Creole Sauce: 2 out of 5 This sauce didn’t do much for me. It lacked the depth and flavor I was hoping for. Green Sauce: 4 out of 5 Fresh and vibrant, this sauce was one of the better options. Scampi Sauce: 3 out of 5 The scampi sauce was decent, but nothing special. The Mero (Mixed) rice was very good and complemented the meal nicely. The white rice, on the other hand, was just like any other white rice—nothing noteworthy. Overall, while there were some highs and lows in this order, Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine did deliver on accuracy, which is a big plus for to-go orders. I’d recommend the Ham Croquetas, Lechon Asado, and the Chimichurri and Garlic sauces. However, the Pan Con Bistec is something I would avoid.

Been going to that establishment for a number of yrs. This place has gone to the dogs... literally. The customer service and quality food isn't what it used to be. The rice, beans (though water down) was tasty. The boiled yucca was covered with raw onions and was so hard wasn't sure if it was cooked for consumption. The pepper steak was just awful. It literally felt like eating rice with soy sauce. I asked for my steak medium it was burnt crispy and BTW the "pepper steak" had only 2 pieces of limp bell peppers. I asked the waiter for my check and told him about the steak. I've been up since 4am this is my first meal I'll eat the rice and beans I was starving !!!! In a very defensive way the manager came up to my table telling me I understand you don't like the food. You don't have to pay you can leave the food and go. I WAS SHOCKED. The waiter must have told him which was fine but first off not the way you speak to a customer and who told you I wanted something for free? I had already had my card on top of the bill for the waiter and offeredto buy him the same meal so he can taste it and see how awfulit was. Disgusting service and awful pepper steak !!!! Would not ever go there again to many options in town.

Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine in Fort Lauderdale is a culinary delight! We tried a variety of delicious dishes and were thoroughly impressed with every bite. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Cuban flavors. We started with the Papa Rellena, which was perfectly seasoned and crispy on the outside with a savory filling. The Bistec Empanizado was tender, juicy, and full of flavor, a true standout. The shrimp dish we tried was fresh and well-prepared, adding to the overall fantastic dining experience. The menu offers a wide range of Cuban specialties, and everything we tasted was spot on. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. If you’re in the Fort Lauderdale area and looking for top-notch Cuban cuisine, Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back to try more of their delicious offerings!

The food here is amazing and I eat here all the time....with that being said, every time I have ordered for pick up, there has been at least one thing wrong. Before , when I would order soup, I got an order of bread everytime! Now, when I place my order, I expect buttered bread with my soup, but I do not get it anymore. I have called several times afterwards and each time I'm told I can have bread if I come back and get it. So, me being on lunch break, can't go back to get it. They've forgotten to add silverware to bag and I make sure to ask if everything is in there, silverware included? I get the response "Everything is there". Once, I ordered papa rellenas and my coworker went to pick up our orders and they told her they were out. So my coworker asked if she could use their business phone to call me and let me know, she was denied. By this point, my coworker was upset at the way the business was being handled and she had a patient to get back to at our office. My coworker said she paid cash for our meals and left. The manager chased her down screaming that she didn't pay. When my coworker got back she was flustered saying that she will never order from that place again. I called Las Vegas and they assured me that my coworker did not pay, so I gave them a credit card over the phone. After work, I drove by there and spoke with who I assumed was the manger, and asked them to count their drawer because my coworker said she paid cash. They told me they couldn't count the drawer right then and I felt as if they "brushed me off". I came back the next business day which was Monday for me and asked if they counted the drawer. I was told my coworker did not pay but I never got an answer on whether they counted the drawer or not. I am a regular customer and you would think they want to keep their recurring customers happy and coming back, but I feel as if they have so much business, that one customer doesn't matter. Their food is incredible but their customer service falls below...
