Read moreMimi literally slams the drive thru door on our faces and says that “why do we have a problem with you guys everyday” when we literally do nothing except bring positive vibrations in their vicinity. We spend easily $30 each time we go, and on top of that TIP these disrespectful employees on a daily basis with a big smile on our faces. I have spent tens of thousands personally at Starbucks in over 15 years, and own quite a decent amount of shares of the company, and being treated like this is absolutely flabbergasting and inappropriate especially when they receive tips for merely doing absolutely nothing except the complete minimal service. On top of that, not even knowing who we are, treating a shareholder this way is unacceptable. Mimi needs the ban hammer. I hate to say it but that’s the way I run my businesses. A bad attitude loses customers and the way she’s is absolutely disrespectful. We literally asked for straws and she slammed the door on us and we had to wait an additional few minutes just for them to walk back over, we basically had to beg for straws. I would give 0/5 stars if possible. You better believe I’m coming back and giving $0 tips now. Thank Mimi and her attitude for that, fellow coworkers. Look how much of the drink they skimmed me on and scammed me for...
Read moreNot all Starbucks are the same. Some make mistakes and others less, but out of the ones that do make minor mistakes, you can immideatly point out the key ingredient to every cup that could be missing in that specific shop, compassion! The first experience counts for everything in most peoples minds, I went into this shop early in the morning at 5:30 AM for the usual. Minor mistakes happened, and I got the wrong size, I quickly pointed it out, coming out the bathroom and the attendant was immidiate to adress it, I offered to use the same content as long as it was on a larger size but they went above and beyond to make a fresh one while still offering the small. I didn't take it out of fair nature, but I took me back for a second that their honest in the moment mistake made them go that much more above service to make sure I was satisfied. There was no negative emotions involved but I appreciated their gesture to immideately recall after my morning workout, that I should write a positive review to remember the good service later on and hope to replicate a great start to my mornings with them...
