The place to train! I like it I love it. Need some more of it! 💪🙏😘💯👊🔥💫🤙 I've trained in other martial Arts dojos/ gyms, but The Fight Lab has it all and local.
Such a great community where you can have fun, train and improve yourself on your own pace, regardless of your skill level or age. . It's been a wonderful learning experience. I can literally live here and have fun while improving and bonding with everyone. Safe, Loving, supportive, judgement free environment.
Coaches are great, very patient, supportive, helpful, and everyone is friendly and respectful. So thankful that the Coaches and the upper rank classmates all take the time to answer any questions and go over any moves step by step slowly, if we do not get them or understand. I have just had to give that confusing look and frozen body, immediately the Coaches and upper ranks classmates have noticed and so patiently and kindly helped me get the moves right.
And now they started a women's BJJ class too!! That is everything! Thank you Coach Chelsy!
And let us not forget that it is a gym, so they have enough gym equipment as well so you can exercise on your own time and pace. Especially love that I can hit the heavy bags as much as I need to. I can stretch off the matt pre and post training. Great stress reliever and helps with mental health and clarity. The saying goes, who you surround yourself makes such a huge difference on how much you grow.. This is the definitely the place to grow among these strong, heart of a...

For people that are more casual: for people that take muay thai (or jiu jitsu) for a workout and just to learn and be more confident in yourself this place is going to be a great choice for you, because there is a family feeling to everyone there, everyone is so respectful and nice. Everyone helps eachother out and there are no Debbie downers. All the people that treat muay thai more casually are still training hard. Everyone becomes hard workers in this environment and you feel productive in their classes. The teachers are still hands on and make sure you are doing things right.
For people that are more serious: This place will push you to your limits if they see that you want to be pushed and if you ask for it. They have 3 amateur fighters so far and they are all doing pretty good so far. No one here is an egomaniac so you don't have to "prove yourself". You prove yourself in terms of how hard you are willing to work, not by trying to take someone's head off in sparring. AND THE TRAINERS my god are they advanced. All of them are different in style and preferences they have for training so you get to train with different trainers and see which you prefer to train with. They all have skill and will show you that.
in the end no matter how serious you are, this place is...
