I walked in on 12/19 at 7:45 PM. I say the time and date so this woman can remember me! I came because I had a gift card. Big mistake! Very rude stafff, woman at front desk looked at me like I just kicked her dog. She was probably the owner, she looked like she could NOT be bothered. I made a reservation the day prior (same woman on phone she sounded unfriendly, she didn’t even bother to take down my name NOTHING) The day of my appointment I walk in and said sorry I’m so sorry I’m late with a smile very friendly and she’s like “yep we already took someone” only a few minutes late and she already took someone? which I thought was weird but what was weirder was She didn’t even look up at me!!! It was SO RUDE!! Luckily I was understanding that I was late. Mind you this place was completely dead quiet. I asked may I reschedule very nicely . This woman looked SO bothered and just told me to call. I will make sure to avoid this place at all costs and will be sure to tell everyone going going forward to avoid. What kind of business is this? Woman made me feel like I was bothering her? Business owners should be MORE pleasant, SMILE and not looked so bothered by customers. You should be appreciative of...

My husband and I are very royal customers to this fantastic place for about 10 years . The Owner is very professional and kind , place is extremely clean. Each of workers are excellent in massage. We tried all of them during our history. Hot stones and hot towels give amazing feelings. Place is very quite to have some calm times on your own. Whenever we have a hectic day or feel down - they send us back to our factory settings easily lol! I recommend ladies to have it in 90 minutes of body massage so you can have plenty of time for your face and feet as well if you like. They deserve the best treatment from the bests.

We moved out from Fort Lee but we still go to this place from our town.

Absolutely amazing massage! I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now and will never go somewhere else! I’ve been into 3 years of therapy after my accident where I hurt my back before I have found this place.
