I recently had visited this store to have a label printed. Upon paying for my service and printed label, the cashier who was very polite had provided me the total. As it turns out, they do require a minimum of $5 or more if using a debit card. When speaking to the owner of the franchise, he was insisting I purchase more uneccessary items such as stamps in order for the balance to be at $5 or more. I had informed him that I wouldn't be paying for nothing more other than what I need. He continued to argue with me to pay the minimum and began to question me that if I knew the policy so why come to his store to print things out? I told him I wasn't aware of this policy; however, now that I am aware of it, it would be the last time coming to this store for services. I had informed that him that it is very unprofessional to argue with a customer, I also questioned if this is a personal or company policy, he answered PERSONAL. It was at that point I had told him one last time I will happily pay for what I originally came here for and it would be the last time. I needed to send an overnight letter to Rhode Island. I went to this location as a Fed Ex partner. After having me wait several minutes while he completed a personal phone call, Haresh quoted me $85.40 to send a simple envelope with a check. I thought the price was outrageous but needed to get it sent for my daughter’s new apartment.

I then checked the Fed Ex website and was quoted $58.73 for the exact same service.

I called Haresh and asked why there was such a price difference. He tried to dance around it saying they are a franchise and Fed Ex pays them commission.
