Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in South Carolina

I just wrote a review on Dominos Pizza, with 5 stars and now I'm going to write one on Papa Johns. I would first like to say, shame on you John Schnatter! All these commercials of you with a big smile on your face, acting like Papa Johns is a nice friendly environment with the Papa Johns community being friendly and a team, well it's not! All of that is just BS, and nonsense. One day, I was getting ready to order pizza from Dominos, and I thought, maybe Papa Johns pizza was better. So later that day, I went to go get my pizza, and I said maybe this place can beat my Dominos. But little did I realize how bad they treat the workers! I mean, as I went in the store, I saw a young man multitasking, doing multiple things at once, one being taking my order, and it was just chaotic. I mean the phones were ringing, there was noise all over the place, and the only person that was working was that young man. And then all of a sudden I look in the back, and I see a group of gentlemen laughing, and oh having such a good time! Being on their phones, and having such a wonderful time, and that young man doing all the work, with a worried look on his face. And all that time those young group of men just kicked back, and let someone else do their work. And then, if things couldn't get worse, recently, I heard that my friends son that worked there, worked for two years, and only got a 25 cent raise. Shame on you John Schnatter! I hope you see this review, and see how corrupt your business is, and not just you but everyone that sees this review. Shame on you, and in return I will tell my friends and family never to come here again, but to experience the love...

I ordered chicken parm papa bites and Oreo bites. Initially my ordered was entered incorrectly. The girl working the register was more interested in her phone than getting my order into the system correctly. She eventually went to get someone to correct the entry error. When I came back to pick up my boxes (total of 6) I asked for a bag. She point to the side wall. She did not offer to put them in the bag nor help me as my right hand was in a brace. My son came into the store and put the boxes in the bag. The Oreo bites were small, some were burnt, and kind of hard. The parm bites were smushed and not good at all. I ordered a pizza and a brownie online tonight. Instead of them having the decency of calling and saying they were out of brownies, would you like a cookie or cinnamon bread (which are the same price). They just sent the order, minus the brownie. Granted they took it off the charge. But big mistake! Sending a pregnant woman (with triplets at that!) only half her freaking order! And all I wanted was something sweet, the flipping pizza was for hubby's dinner!
