BoxLunch — Local services in Fort Myers

Super disappointed with the service I received. When I walked in firstly I wasn’t greeted which is fine staff is busy speaking to other customers. On top of that, I was there for a pickup order. I gave my info and explained the items that were supposed to be there. The staff member assured me they would check my things to verify they were all the right items. When I got home to unbox these funkos I came to find that one of the four I ordered was a completely random one from an entirely different series. This little store is lovely . But what makes it more attractive is the wonderful customer service from Orel and Mary . The store located at the Edison Mall in Fort Myers . We went there with my son who spent time looking at the figures he wanted and they were so nice and offered suggestions and My son found one he wanted . The interest they placed to help him and the smiles is what makes a great customer service. We will definitely go back there because of these 2 wonderful people ....

The only reason why I go to Edison mall. I love this store so much, as a figure collector, they have a really good selection from several shows. The employees are also super helpful and kind. I was helped by an employee with black hair and a mask recently and their customer service was amazing....
