Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Myers

Long time visitor to this starbucks and always enjoy coming here due to the great baristas. I study here all day typically and see just how busy it can get. I'm impressed by how they keep their cool, work their butts off, and stay professional even when they get hit by all sides. They also do a great job remembering preferences and staying friendly. I enjoy studying here. Let me highlight the great customer experiences I've had from Lex, Ashley, Alexis, Chauncey, Sammy, Jadon, Veronica, Dan, Dakota and of course Store Manager Caitlin! They rock! One positive example is when Shift Lead Lex helped defuse a situation with a disruptive individual harassing people in the cafe and made a point to check with everyone afterwards to ensure they were ok and accommodate them. Very professional! I will say on the constructive end that I initially almost dismissed this Starbucks because of how prickly Chris can be. He either tries to incessantly upsell you or he can just be plain rude and dismissive. I think he's improved some with how often I'm here but definitely glad I had the others providing great service or I wouldn't have been back. Only other constructive criticism is that sometimes they play the music really loud to the point you can feel it in your seat and it starts to give you a headache. It's fun for a couple of minutes until it keeps going. That has only happened occassionally but I thought I'd mention it. Overall, this is an incredibly busy location but they've got great baristas working hard to provide good service and will always look to make things right if you need it. They are friendly and I've enjoyed studying at...

Just So Everyone Knows, This Was Located Inside Of Target. Not The Building Location Nearby.

There Was Only About 1-2 Employees Here But It Was Fine.

There Was A Beautiful Display With Christmas Color Themed Items Such As Cups And Coffee Bags.

When We Finally Decided What We Really Wanted, We Ordered And Received Our Drinks In A Decent Amount Of Time. To Be Honest, I Was Busy Staring At All Of The Cute Items Around!!

The Drinks Were Absolutely Delicious!! I Ordered The Cookie Crumble Créme Venti As Always, But With Some Hazelnut Syrup This Time. It Was THE BEST Thing Ever!! I Loved The Fact That Mine Was A Bit Frozen, Like A Milky Ice Cream Or Frozen Milkshake. - In The Best Way Posible!! (Mine Was About $7) My Mom However, Decided To Try The Hot Caramel Cappuccino. She Didn't Like It Much At First, But After A Slight Mix, It Was Delicious!! We Drank Ours Whole!! (Well, I Couldn't Drink All Mine In One Sitting, 😋 😋) PS: We Don't Frequent Starbucks Much And This Was Just A Special Treat. We Were Really Pleased By The Experience And The Drinks Were Awesome!!

My Only Complaint Is The Paying Part. After Swiping My Card, It Asked Me If I Wanted Cash Back, With Dollar Amounts In Green Highlights. I Clicked The Only Option Highlighted In Red That Said "Cancel". I Had To Swipe My Card Two More Times Before Realizing That There Was Another Option That Read "No", On The Right Side, Highlighted GREEN. It Was Very Confusing And Made Me Worried, Because I Was Certain I Had More Than $11 And Change For Two Drinks.... 🙄 🙄🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

✨ I Apologize If My Use Of Capital Letters Inconveniences Anyone. I Suffer From OCD....

I am a STARBUCKS girl. I get a Starbucks coffee DAILY.....I spend a TON of money with Starbucks. I patiently waited in line for over 30 minutes & ordered my usual... My coffee isnt always made the way I ask for it but I have never sent it back. Today was BAD. . I ordered a latte with 5 shots , I was given a cup of milk w/ a DASH of coffee ... I asked for it to please be made the right way... the annoyed employee told me it was made with one shot & asked what I wanted from him & i told I paid for 5 shots & I would like the drink I paid for -he then added some espresso to the same drink which melted all the ice & made it OVERFLOW badly. it was spilling everywhere...he said I would have to drink it fast! i asked him to put it in a different cup & he told me to just drink it very fast & it wont spill! I was handed my cup with wet napkins sticking out of it & half way gone due to the spillinv , the melted ice made it more GROSS. I told him I wasnt happy & he asked what I wanted him to do.I told him I wanted what I paid for. I had already waited a total of 45 min. & at this point I had no time to stay & argue. He really shouldve made a new coffee with no question...I love having my STARBUCKS but I dont like being treated like this. I felt like I was being pranked...my 5yr old aughter couldnt believe her eyes on what was going & the coffee I was handed...it was crazy!
