Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Oglethorpe

I really wanted to like this store, but I will never return. Today was my birthday, so I went in to get a drink and was greeted with the most unprofessional attitude that I have ever seen in a Starbucks. Yes, my drink was ready, but I said thank you to the barista, and he rudely said he was busy, but there was no one in the store or drivethru. He then changed his story and said he couldn't hear me bc of all the conversations going on in his headset. I'm sorry, but as a small business owner ... the customers come first. Without the customers, you have no business. I want to say that this Starbucks has definitely had the most friendly employees I have seen at any restaurant/ fast food chain I have ever been too. I come here almost every other day and I have yet to have a bad experience. I don't know all the name of the fine young people that I have come into contact with but I would like to brag on a young man named Alex that I had the pleasure of talking to this afternoon. He is a very polite young man and I hope he succeeds with his like goals and I just wanted to say he was doing a wonderful job and to keep up the good work. Love this Starbucks! Has the best manager of any of them I’ve visited so far. 💚 The employees are all really courteous during my visits. This visit got an iced peach green tea double blended.🤤🍑🧊🍵💚 Can’t go wrong with an iced coffee double blended with caramel lining the cup with mocha on top and Oatmilk! Their blueberry muffins, danishes, Madeline’s, and croissants are also great go-to’s! So many good options that are so delicious to choose from no matter your mood.
