Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Fort Oglethorpe

A few years ago this location was amazing! Unfortunately, our experience here Saturday night was terrible. There were people waiting to be seated for a good 20 minutes when there were at least 6 open tables large enough to seat each group. We were a group of 6.

Once we were seated, we sat patiently and waited for our waitress to come by for drink orders for more than 5, but less than 10, minutes. It was another 10 before she came back for our food order. Typically I don't have a problem with time if the location is busy, this was not the case.

We ordered two appetizers. We were told our second appetizer was just waiting for fresh cooked brisket before they brought it out. When I did finally come out the whole thing was cold, including the brisket. We crossed our fingers the rest of the food would be good. I hate having to complain about bad food!

Unfortunately, our food came out in waves about 5 minutes apart. Two people got food, which was delicious. 5 minutes later two more people got food, Unfortunately the bacon on one burger had literally been burned to a black crisp and was inedible. It turned my daughter's stomach. Another 5 minutes come by and one more meal was brought. Their wings were good, but their onion rings were cold. This left one person at the table without food, while some people were almost completely done eating. It was another 5 minutes before the last plate was delivered.

My husband had reluctantly called the manager over prior to the last meal being brought out due to me having to wait so long for my food. She went to the back and had them bring out the final plate. She then came back to the table and said she would take care of the food issues we had. This was by far the worst restaurant experience we have had in a while! We love BDubs and try to go watch Saturday night UFC PPV fights there all the time. We will definitely not be doing that at this...

My husband myself and our 5 children moved to Ringgold GA 3 years ago and have been coming to the Parkway Plaza location at least 1-2 times a week with the our children, together, or with friends for dinner to watch a game or just for drinks. Generally we really enjoy this place but today my husband and I stopped in for lunch on our Harley Davidson on our way to a toy drive with his Combat Vets group (he is a marine veteran) and he had the combat vets vest on along with his concealed weapon that he wears everywhere he goes (has wore it in this restaurant for 3 years there were only 2 other tables in the whole restaurant when we got there we sat at the bar. The bartender came over and was very distraught he apologized all over himself explained that the manager pulled him into the back and told him that if we wanted to place an order for alcohol my husband would need to show the weapon and take it out of the restaurant and when he returned he would then need to show him the weapon was gone. We had not ordered alcohol but my husband did as he said came back into the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager just to discuss that the law states if you have a conceal carry you can carry unless the establishment is posted. Which this one is not. We ate our food and waited 40 minutes the manager refused to come out to speak to us. The bartender was so humiliated he kept apologizing. With all this said we will continue coming to Buffalo Wild Wings the staff is always great the food is great but this particular manager is poor and put his employee is a very bad situation it could have been really bad if we were...

I'm not saying this to get anything free or anything, just wanted to share our disappointing experience. We ordered the hatch queso and it was cold when it came out and we had to send it back to be reheated. Then we ordered the 6 boneless and 6 bone in meal and fries to share. One single entree of wings which is in the name of the restaurant so youd think they would be hot and delicious. We waited for forever to get it. The people behind us got their food at the same time as us, as in on the same tray as our food. They got there way after us and their order was taken way after ours, by the same server. Our food was all cold. We didn't send it back we just ate it because we had already sent back our appetizer. It was fried food. Simple food. And they were not busy at all. Also during our whole meal a server closing their section swept the carpet vigorously throwing dust and who knows what all around where people are eating and then ran a loud vacuum in the middle of our dinner for 10 minutes. I realize there are things servers have to do to close, but it was very bothersome. Then we sat and waited 15 minutes after finishing eating before finally asking another server for our bill. Let me also add that our server went into the kitchen twice when I feel like our food was just sitting in the window waiting and never brought it to us. A whole other server brought it to us. I almost felt like it was done on purpose. Idk why else you would wait so long to give us wings and fries in a wings and fries...
